One day during the biggest heat wave of the summer of 2013 our house reached 29 degrees inside and we noticed the air conditioner wasn't working. The next morning we called Atlantis as they installed it 5 years earlier. They couldn't come until the next morning so we would have to endure another day and night of what turned out to be 30-33 degrees indoors. We called a few other places and none could respond faster. In fact, more than one didn't even call back. Atlantis said they would be at our house between 8 and 10 AM. The technician arrived right at 9 AM. This was good as I had to leave at 10:30 AM. Rather than trying to "screw" us the tech was great. In under 10 minutes he noticed knew what the issue was and said all the condenser (the unit outside) needed was a a cleaning. He took our hose, rinsed it down and all was good. Total cost was the cost of the service visit: $99 +HST.

EXCELLENT SERVICE WAS PROVIDED AT OUR ESTABLISHMENT! WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY TO ANY COMPANY OR HOME. ARRIVED RIGHT AWAY TO REPAIR OUR HEAT AND PRICE WAS UNBEATABLE. FRIENDLY STAFF MADE IT ALL WORTH WHILE.
