In 2014, I bought a home in Mount Pleasant, Brampton from Rosehaven. The closing was on time in 2016 as per the agreement; I had not issues. The wonderful thing is during the pre-delivery inspection the Rosehaven guy who came to show us the house was more critical about some of the workmanship and he pointed out to us most of the issues. They corrected all the defects to the full satisfaction to us. I have completed one year in the house now. I had no issues with them, I would be very happy to recommend them. At the end of the one year, due to settling of the house there were a few small issues which was reported to them. Now they are correcting them. I have no reason to criticize them. Thanks, A.K

Very unhappy with this builder. Floor joists are cracked all the way through and the 2nd set of main doors are warped already. They installed the fireplace but forgot to install a switch. Come on...really??? The finish was rushed and they were still putting up drywall with 2 weeks to go till closing. Got the house filthy and was not cleaned. Called the rep multiple times and left messages but they haven't gotten back to me yet. Very poor customer service.

Worst builder to deal with:unprofessional, rude employees, poor workmanship, unorganized and difficult to deal with. There were feces, urine and toilet papers in the basement ,when showed the manager, his answer was you are not the first person to complain. The kitchen was not according to the plan, cracks in the basement not fixed trying to cover with insulation. horrible builder To deal with unreasonable and unreliable I suggest never to buy a house from Rosehaven.

We are very unhappy with our experience with Rosehaven. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to buy the house from them. Found at least 20 beer bottles inside the house during the construction. Not surprise they build wrong elevation. Wrong tiles. Popcorn ceiling etc... Never again.

I purchased a Rosehaven expecting a different level of service and experience as they say and market for on their website and everywhere else. However I was disappointed over the course of time constantly. The decor centre does not portray what you really get. More importantly I had some of the worst contractors to deal with when it came to repairs. Fireplace doesn't even work at times and though there was a 90% recall on them they refused to change mine. One of the contractors that they should have probably crucified is the staining and painting company. Complete garbage and disgusting workmanship. I would suggest to always purchase a product that is seen rather than from a map.

Very very poor experience. Definitely never recommending Rosehaven to anyone. Bought $100000 worth of upgrades but had to settle with major repairs. I feel betrayed as the promises of deliverance and exceptional care were not honoured. I not only lost my hard earned money I also lost my faith in buying a new builder home. It's been a year we moved in but have not felt at home even once, the cracks in my floor have been constant reminder of error in judgment - selecting Rosehaven. The repairs made are not close to original and they refuse any settlement.

I have owned several new homes from other builders and although the Rosehaven product looks nice from the outside there have been nothing but problems from day one. They neglected to install carpet in the hallway on the second floor stating that they thought we didn't want it installed. It took 2 weeks after move in to get it installed and I had to move all of my furniture by myself because the carpet in the 2 bedrooms attached to the hallway was running the wrong way. I was told that 2 service guys would help me move the furniture but they were a "no show". Several drywall patches needed to be fixed but instead the painter came in and painted over the area without fixing anything. This after the painter got paint all over the new wood floors and on the carpets. The master shower needed to be ripped out and re-tiled twice. Last but not least, it's only been 1 year and all of the grout in my kitchen and master bath is cracking and crumbling away. Rosehaven really needs to take a look at the companies (trades) that they are hiring to do the work because some of the finishs in the home are the worst that I have ever seen especially the tile. I would not buy another rosehaven home.

It has been over a year since we moved in to our new home at Tiffany Hill and would like to express our appreciation in making our purchase a positive one.

The people at Rosehaven did an outstanding job supporting us through the stage 2 process, and we felt that they understood our needs and successfully matched the options available accordingly.

This is our third new house and you, by far, are the most helpful knowledgable staff we have ever dealt with at any builder. Such a great asset! You have made our experience a very good one.
