    Moving Service

    Cloverdale Moving & Storage moved my mother from Los Angeles, California to Toronto, Ontario in 12 days. They have exellent communication with us, amazing customer service and were very professional. Our belongings were exactly the way I packed it, nothing was broken, nothing was missing. I am very pleased with this moving company, they were recommended to me by my friends, and I recommend them to everyone. By far the best moving company that I have delt with.

    Moving services

    I used Cloverdale moving services to move my household items from Richmond,BC to Vancouver in August 2013. There were courteous and arrived on time for the pickup and took extra items that were not discussed earlier. Since total weight had increased they agreed to carry extra weight for 45 cents per pound. The items were delivered intact to my new home in Edmonton. On the day of delivery, I was away from home and could not receive the items. I told them to come back in 2-3 hours. The delivery people were kind enough to return later and deliver the items, even though they had to do lot of extra loading and unloading in order to accommodate my request. The whole team at Cloverdale works like family. I will definitely use there services again and have already recommended to some of my friends. Masood

    Move from Richmond, BC to Edmonton, AB

    Cloverdale Moving

    These were the worst movers I have ever had. Very rude. They charged over twice their quote and said it was my fault for not knowing how much my stuff weighed. Calculated extra for ferry and taxes when the quote said included. They dropped my computer and then denied it, and lost a desk!! Lots of broken items and very rough handling of everything. Also late dropping off the furniture.

    This review is extremely exaggerated with false infromation; the coustmers own daughter was at the location and did thank our driver for doing such an amazing job; everything arrived safe and a discount of $1000+ was also provided for a 3 day delay and very minor damage to her computer case; also this delay was due to the fact that the coustmer herself assumed she had only 5000 lbs - we pick-up 2 storage location on a remote island which cost us over $1200 in ferry charges alone; and items from a residence locally which amounted to a total of 10,700+ lbs & we still sent a truck spesifcially for her 3days later just to make her happy. Upon delivery we removed her old washer and dryer from upstairs (at no extra charge) I am persoanlly at a shock that she would write such false information after the outstanding service we provided; and also there was no desk lost - everything arrived in the exact condition is was received in - and the actual cost of our services was way below indurstry standards - We did ask our client to compare for herself but it seems she is just unreasonable and without reason has decided to make these false statements and accusations.

    Long Distance Move

    Very helpful and careful with my things. Was always able to contact them with questions and they were very knowledgeable. When a problem arose they did everything the could to make it better. I would use this company again.

    They are the best moving company I got my stuff moved by them from bc to Montreal with perfect condition on time no damage at all they are hardwoker and friendly and so honest people God bless them all thank you guys

    Moving to new address

    The move involved using many stairs because there being no elevator. Never once, difficult as it was, did anyone of them complain or make any negative comment. In fact, from the moment I met them they were each affable and of constant good humor. As for their work ethic, they carefully and most conscientiously carried the heavy boxes, televisions, bed and furniture and took only two deserved breaks. The result being the total move was accomplished, starting on time and within the five hours they predicted to finish when I contracted them. Not a single item was broken or missing. What I thought would be a very stressful day turned out to be an enjoyable and successful experience. I throughly recommend them. They kept their promise and I will always be extremely grateful to them.

    Moving services

    I am single mom with two kids and no help, Cloverdale moving gave me very good service helping me to do my moving easy and on time the most important the price was reasonable and no hiding costs, I am very happy and I will recommend them for their good job! Beatriz from Richmond

    Moving 3 bdr house

    WE had an exceptionally good experience with Cloverdale Moving from the beginning. We had 4 men for $125/hr at the time. They promptly answered all our queries about any additional charges (eg travelling time, stairs), so we were clear on what we were paying for. (Many companies don't tell you) They confirmed the day before. They arrived early. They were all so pleasant to deal with, and took great care wrapping things, and watching walls & stairs to not damage anything. And although very careful, they were speedy while moving everything. We had moved boxes over ourselves so they had to move all the heavy furniture & appliances up lots of stairs. They do charge one hour travelling time - but all the companies do. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone as they gave us great piece of mind at a time when your expensive furniture is at stake. We have moved approx. 9 times, had some disastrous movers...so this was by far our best move! We chose them because of their great reviews, and because they use their own people, don't contract out.

    Moved furniture from Vancouver to Toronto

    I was very happy with the way the movers wrapped and delivered the furniture. They are a small company, but were very professional and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I do not think anyone told me about the fuel surcharge, which was over $200. Otherwise, their pricing was very economical.
