Centennial windows and doors replaced my casement and two large bay windows as well as my entry door which included single fibreglass door with glass insert and two sidelights in 2016. The windows have been great with no problems. The front door has been replaced now for the fourth time. The repeated problem is the door warping and not closing properly and therefore causing loss of heat in the winter. The cold air coming in was unbelievable. Each time the door was replaced the glass from both the door and the sidelight was reused as well as the trim holding the glass in. Once the entire frame had to be replaced as well, as the installation crew caused damages by improperly installing the door latch and receptacle causing it to make gouges in the frame and scrape the finish off the door. Each time I was given a different excuse for the failure of the door but it was replaced each time. How many times does this have to happen??? Today my door was replaced again after the agreement was to replace everything except for the glass. This included the trim holding the glass in as it has cracked and is damaged from multiple removals and reinstalls, the framing and the aluminum door step. I needed to send pictures to centennial windows to show the damage after the serviceman came to assess the replacement of the door. These issues were there when he came and his recommendation was to replace the door fix the step, and reset ( not replace) the frame . I received a phone call to confirm that all would be replaced except the glass, and they would be coming May 9 between 1200 and 2:00pm. They showed up at 9:00 am ( no phone call to say they would be coming earlier) and just replaced the door using the old glass trim which is now cracked even more. They fixed the step and they explained their reason for the repeated door warpage. Everything from manufacturing issues to improper installation are the reasons I'm getting. Today I did not get the replacement service I was told I would get and I'm an even unhappier consumer now, that I had to write this review.

Excellent job as always. Best installers in the business. Jeff and Doug were very professional and did great work. Patio door was installed and completed with 4 hours. No cleanup afterwards. Excellent workmanship.

We had living room, dining room and 4 basement windows replaced this week by Jeff and Nick. They were very professional and courteous, kept us informed and did a thorough cleanup of the job site. They checked the functioning of all windows and demonstrated the features of the windows. Job well done! We chose Centennial Windows as we had them in our previous house and were impressed with the quality and the warranty.

Chris and Henry installed our new doors and did an excellent job in a timely manner. They were friendly and their experience was beneficial as our house is nearly a 100 years old and there were some quirks in the installation. They cleaned up the work area several times and I was very happy as I have three dogs that like to eat everything. Will definitely use their products and service again in future projects.
