Over the years we have had all of our second story windows replaced and also had our kitchen window and side door replaced by Centennial. The workmanship is very good and the windows are high quality. I love that I can easily clean the windows and they still look good - some were replaced over 15 years ago. Centennial did an excellent job fitting the windows to the frame. We own a home that is over a 100 years old and the windows had to be made to custom size. The windows are well worth the money and I recommend Centennial to anyone looking for quality replacement windows.

We had our windows replaced in the summer by Centennial Windows the salesman was from Brantford sales office and the crew was from London. We are 100% satisfied with the product, they fit perfectly, work as designed and were installed also perfectly. The finish work could not be better. After seeing how well the windows were installed we had Centennial come back and replace the front door that we had another company replace several years ago. Yes, the windows were more expensive than having your local window home reno guy do the job, but it is well worth it if you plan to stay in the home for the long term. Centennial gives you names of other customers to speak with. We did this and they were happy to show us their windows. We replaced all the windows in our house, but if this is not possible for you, I would recommend replacing them over a two or three year period. You will satisfied, I just know it!

I hired Centential Windows to install a bedroom window for me. I tend to enjoy doing these things on my own to save money but the bedroom being on the second floor made it too difficult a task. I was impressed with the speed in which the window was installed as well as the friendly follow up service

They were very professional. They were on time and installed everything with no problems. They cleaned up when they were done. We have had them for just over two years and find that they are standing up to our standards. We did not have all are windows done at that time, but now would like to get the rest of our windows replaced and are going to go with them.

They were timely. They did what they said they would do, The windows are performing as advertised. They were friendly. They have done follow up calls and offered additional price specials for any new work that I might require. They cleaned up the work space inside and out very nicely.

I used Centennial because my father, a very handy guy, was a big fan of their product. They have won national Energy Star awards for their self-manufactured product and they have an unlimited warrenty on their products for the lifetime of your home (even for new owners if sold). Their sales staff was informative and helpful, even making a second trip to change an order at my request. "Don't pay for 6 months" financing was arranged without question and the install was quickly booked. The installation workers were professional, tidy and quick. Even more significantly, my father had noticed an air leak around one of his 5 year old windows after an EcoHome audit. He called them and they came out quickly and spent 3 hours checking all the windows and repairing the affected one at no charge. They even sent him a $100 check after learning he referred me! So - bottom line is the windows cost more than anyone elses. I was kicking myself for spending that much money but in the end they are totally worry free and for my family that is probably worth the cost. the sales person took the time to answer all my questions and explain exactly how my bay window would be built. when i asked for more than the required amount of insullation and strut support, he made sure to include that in my contract. the crew was very efficient and they did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. i have a large house with many windows and this is the third installation company i have used. i have five more large windows and a door that will need replacing in two or three years and i will be sure to call Centenial Windows again.

I had a total of 18 windows and 1 patio door installed in my house 3 years ago by Centennial Windows. The windows were no the least expensive windows that we had quoted, but they were the highest rated for quality by CSA. The installers were very professional and did an outstanding job. The windows are solid, no drafts, and do an excellent job of keeping the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I have noticed a significant drop in my utility costs since they were installed.

Richard came to give an estimate and was very helpful in offering useful information on different types of new windows. He was very cooperative and patient with the questions we had for him.
