Tristan and his team were very professional - right from set up to take down -- and everything in between. On time, neat, tidy and efficient, they delivered as promised. And given that an area was overlooked in the quotation phase, Tristan resolved the matter immediately. Excellent trim painting gives our home a fresh clean look! We would use their services again!

The upper floor of my house was in desperate need of a paint job as it was last painted 13 years ago by my ex and was a sage green and golden yellow. Although I wanted to repaint, it was difficult to do on my own because of the high ceilings above the stairwell. I received one quote, just for the stairwell and it was $1,000 and this was too expensive. A couple of months ago I received a flyer in my mailbox from Student Works and decided to give them a call. Tristen came by within a week and quoted me $1,200 for the entire upper floor and stairwell using the Duplex high quality paint. It felt like a great deal so I went for it. He and his two workers were able to complete the job in 1 day and it looks great! It makes me so happy to be in my space now, and I'm very greatful that I took the chance and called student works.

Our painter Tristan worked efficiently and gave great attention to detail. We appreciated that Tristan was on time, and he was both easy and pleasant to deal with. We would definitely consider him for any future work.

The painters are not well trained. Painters were not supervised. Painters are not well skilled. There was no manager or skilled painter on the project at anytime. Customer expectations are not fully established before the contract is signed. Painters did not know how to use the tools properly. Many call backs were required. Painters did not use drop sheets properly. Painters did not show up as per the contract. Painters did not know how to schedule the required workers. The project stretched over months rather than one week as per the contract.

Tristan Student Works Franchise owner has put together a strong crew of painters. They show up on time, are respectful, cleaned up at the end of the day, were attentive to detail and offered a three year guarantee of their work. We were pleased with the job they did for us. Patti
