    Problems with Delivery

    I bought a sectional and was informed that it would be delivered by December 1st. Today I called customer service because I had not heard from them yet, and I was informed that they should have called me because my order would have to be rescheduled for next week. It's already bad that they do not fulfill the expectations they set for delivery, but it is even worse that I have to call to get information on it.

    The worse business of my life

    This is the worse company to make business. First, they charged my credit card for a different amount that I had agreed to pay for. After "fixing" it, they "could not find my address(!)" and wanted to charge me extra for a second try. I just could not believe how vicious this place could be! The worse customer service I had ever experienced! Please avoid it!

    Product Quality and Customer Service

    I and several other friends have had a horrible experience at the Heartland Structube location. Terrible product quality, many delays to get the product and downright rude and embarrassing customer service from the manager John. Structube should be ashamed to employ a person with this attitude. No attempts to help on Structubes end. Brutal.

    Legendary poor customer service

    I was unhappy with a purchase and they told me big deal. I emailed and did not hear back. I even sent my email to the CEO and president and still never got a response. This company is a joke and I will not only never buy from them again, I will go out of my way to ensure anyone I know never buys. Look online Structube is famous for terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

    Do not order items online for shipping to the US!

    In the off chance that anyone is thinking about buying Structube products online for shipping to the US, DO NOT DO IT. After weeks of hassle and $100 shipping charge on items that totaled under $75, I finally took a day off of work JUST to sit at home and wait for the delivery (because Structube does not allow delivery without a signature. Oh and the company they use for delivery does not deliver in the mornings, or evenings, or weekends. So if you're home all day, every day, then no worries! Oh except for the damaged goods) Anywho, finally got my packages, yay! Very first one I opened was smashed to bits. Literally, we're talking tiny shards of what once was a vase. So congrats, Structube, on the worst shipping experience of my life!

    My New Home’s Furniture

    I had just purchased my new home and was looking for some great furniture that is sleek and makes a statement when I came across Structube. Everything I had bought from my sectional to bed frame and coffee table with a book case just looks outstanding. I am getting compliments on them all the time. It had been a pure joy to shop at your store. It is rare these days where you can find a retailer with such great products and offerings at such competitive pricing. Thank you Structube team!

    Order. I placed an order for 3 items. I received a call that one item was unavailable until the end of Nov. I had to cancel my order for this item and make another order request for the item to be delivered a month from now. I am awaiting delivery of my

    I placed an order for 3 items n early Sept. I received a call in early Oct that one item was unavailable until the end of Nov. I had to cancel my order for this item and make another order request for the item to be delivered a month from now. I am awaiting delivery of my 2 other items. I received a call today that one of the items I ordered is broken and I would have to go online, cancel my order and make another order for the item. I cannot just have them re-order my item to be delivered when available. I again have to go online, cancel my second order, get re-Imbursed and if I want, to re-order the item. UNBELIEVABLE! Now, the 3 items I originally ordered and paid to have delivered, have to be broken into 3 separate orders and I have to pay for 3 separate deliveries and 3 separate furniture assemblies. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! I predict that this company will not even exist in 3 years - horrible customer service.

    Dissatisfied with home delivery and customer service

    Structube had emailed me a delivery date for a bed which I purchased. They ended up emailing me the incorrect delivery date. I only became aware of this after I called them to find out why I didn't get a confirmation of the delivery time. Extremely rude customer service when I called in. The product itself (Versailles bed) is of sub-par quality and I would have expected better paying close to $1000. I will not purchase from Structube again. Also not impressed by the ethics of the company if they don't allow ALL reviews to be publicly posted and visible on their website. Please think twice before buying products from this company. I only wish I had found this review page before I made my purchase.

    Sofa and table

    We like the products we bought. Much better than Ikea items and a lot easier to build. The sofa was delivered on time. The table we put together was easier to put together than Ikea items. Items appear to be built with quality items.

    Customer Service is a disaster

    Endless problems with unhelpful customer service, i place an order, they take my money, then they send me an email after several days saying they require verification of my order by EMAILING my Id to them (which is a dangerous thing to do). When I complain, I get a one line email back saying "please confirm that you want to cancel your order'... Mind you, they already have my money...I send them verification and then a week later I get another one line email saying they cant verify and want another copy of more id sent over email. AVOID THIS COMPANY ONLINE
