    Purchased kitchen chairs

    I purchased 2 kitchen chairs. I returned them for exchange as I changed my mind on color. Staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Delivery was on time and there was no problem exchanging them.

    Living room furniture is great!

    Great price for my sturdy white coffee table that matches with the bookcase. No problems whatsoever. Picked up in store and they helped me load it into my car. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for now furniture that doesn't break the bank

    Living room furniture

    The Structube experience was great throughout! From the beginning the sales people were friendly and very helpful, and followed up promptly to ensure I was aware of the next steps for delivery. The delivery was on time, and the service was great. The two individuals who delivered my furniture were accommodating and friendly. And finally, the products themselves are wonderful, they are comfortable and go great with the room, and were purchased for a very affordable rate. I would definitely re-purchase from Structube and have already recommended the store to friends and family who have also recently moved into a new home.

    New Home

    Bought Dresden Table and 4 Salem chairs; 3 of he chairs had a clear material wrinkling defect and the table extension support was weak. Structube initially refused to exchange the chairs claiming they would automatically smooth out; an impossibility since the material was sewn incorrectly at manufacture time. After calling head office they accepted to exchange the chairs and now since they are out of stock I will have to go and pick them up at the store. I had to send pictures and emails which was time consuming. Not very satisfied with the after sale service.

    Kitchen Table

    We found the table we wanted for our new apartment on your website. We also saw chairs we were interested in. We visited your south Edmonton Common location and tested out the chairs. We were able to compare colours and get a sense of size for our space. We submitted the order, paid and were on our way. A week later, we received an email saying our order was in. When we arrived at the store, we noticed the shipment had JUST arrived. A gentleman kindly explained that the delivery truck was late and that we wouldn't be waiting long. The staff found our order and loaded it in our vehicle. Megan built the table and chairs while I cooked dinner. It was so nice to finally have a table to have our first "real" dinner on.     Bought a couch and chair

    Visited the store on Egglington ave at birchmount to purchase a desk chair and couch. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I was greeted right away when I entered the store. The sales person was knowledgeable and patient with my question. Would definitely shop there again.

    Awful

    I just bought an upholstered bed, $750 plus delivery & GST. The sales lady advised me to inspect the item in the first 5-6 days and if there are any problems, to contact the store. When the bed was being put together, I noticed a bad pull in the fabric. I called the store, and following their instructions, I emailed them a picture. 2 days later, I'm advised that as the bed was assembled, the defect is not covered under warranty.

    Table and bed

    I find the services at structube to not be client cantered. They are rude and not helpful with giving info on what I have purchased. I felt frustrated with them and don't know I would deal with structube again

    Apartment Makeover

    looking to create a more modern look for our basement apartment and thrilled to stumble upon the location in Vancouver. Happy they have locations closer to home in Calgary AB. Purchased a desk and 2 dining room chairs - easy to assemble. Great mid-modern century look at great prices! Will be purchasing more in the future I'm sure.

    2 Chairs bought

    I ordered 2 chairs from them. They are very comfortable, easy to assemble and came on the day it was said that it would come. Happy with the service and the company.
