    Light green Myrna loveseat

    The Myrna is a lovely sofa. The light green is a beautiful colour and adds something very special to the space. The sales associate charged me an extra $30 on top of the $80 I already paid which I thought was ridiculous. I live in a 3 story walk up with 5 flights of stairs in total and she didn't give me the contract with the fine print until the transaction was already done and paid for. The fine print said that if there isn't an elevator in the building the delivery men can take the items up 2 flights max. So she charged me an additional $10 PER FLIGHT! Upon arrival the delivery men were in shock when I told them this and they said that they don't see a penny of that money and they would have taken it wherever I wanted it free of charge. Overall the sofa is gorgeous but the service was dumb. Not impressed.

    Looking for a modern comfortable couch

    Was in the market for a new modern comfortable couch. Shopped around but didn't find what I was looking for. Daughter took me to structure. Not only did I find the couch I liked, but found dining room chairs too! Delivery service was excellent. Would definitely shop there again , as well as recommend it.

    Redesigning my place with quality well priced modern pieces

    Structube has absolutely amazing products, easy to navigate website and store personnel that is super quick and helpful. I chose the couch, chairs and few decorative items and was in and out the store with delivery perfectly scheduled in 20 min. All arrived perfectly and was easy to assemble.

    New area rug

    Was searching various furniture and home Reno stores for an area rug to place on my hardwood floor in living room. Found a great quality area rug at an amazing price, where other stores were double or triple the cost and had same or lower quality. Highly satisfied.

    Remodel

    Recommended by a friend for modern affordable selection which I found however the store was being painted and everything was upside down. I would recommend closing the store for a week the next time to complete this since the showroom was not much of a showroom and it detracted from the shopping experience and I would have preferred to go to one of the other two available locations in the area. I would likely have spent more if things were properly displayed.

    Great quality, style -- but patience required for assembly

    We love our ottoman and dining set from structube. It fits in perfectly with our taste and sense of style. The chairs for our dining set though were quite the challenge to assemble. I don't think we realized how much assembly would be required. That being said, once assembled, they look great! The price was on point for what we were hoping and we hope to return to furnish other areas of our home.

    TV console

    You had a sales rep at the Pinecrest store who's primary store is trainyards - she was amazing and did her absolute best at finding the best product! I wish we knew her name. We ended up buying our TV console at the Merivale location and although it is not customary to sell products out of the store (they are to be ordered) we explained our situation, that we had been all over the city and couldn't find an equally appealing and priced unit - and due to my and my spouse's disability we needed the product that day as we only have one day per week with my son's assistance. The sales man at that location found us (not the exact unit we came in for) but a Kate console - which is awesome! And we are more than pleased and do not feel as if we compromised at all! Thank you! I will be back - this time for a sectional sofa!

    Furniture for new home

    Perfect reliable knowledgable staff! Our experience is ALWAYS great when we visit !! Thank you so much to all the staff! We're actually going back for more this weekend and have recommended my mother in law buy chairs and she did !! So thank you

    Living Room Ronovation

    One lady in it local store is very nice to serve me, but a gentalman is not so friendly. The quality of furniture is quite impressive. Delivery is smooth. Overall, the purchaing experience is comfortable.

    sofa, two locations - both had poor service

    We purchased a couch from the merivale location which was extremely busy and gave poor customer service and then had to go back to set up the appointment and pay the rest (not entirely sure why they didn't make us do this the first time) and the person there was either new or confused about how to do this delivery/payment process. Haven't received the actual sofa yet so couldn't tell you if their products are good.
