    Service

    Service wasn't amazing, could have definitely been a bit more knowledgeable/helpful. However, satisfied with the products I did purchase. Items came when they were expected too, some items I was looking for weren't available.

    Floor lamp Curva 2

    I just recently purchased a floor lamp Curva 2, its a really nice floor lamp quite modern and functional, is good quality, it's the right high for a small apartment, it was easy to put together when I took it home and the price for it was really good in comparison with other furniture/accessories stores. Overall I think Structube will be my place to go to enhance my home.

    Entire house renovation

    I walked into the heritage store knowing what I wanted to buy but couldn't find a display on the floor. A really nice phillapino man helped me locate the stools right away and showed me online the color I wanted. He was very friendly with my 3 young boys that were with me and very tired from shopping. He let them sit on the furniture and made conversation with them and myself. Long story short he ordered what I wanted and answered every question I had about them. Very knowledgeable and I would definitely go back and buy more stuff from there.

    New homeowners

    I show the salesperson the look i wanted to have in my room. They didn't have the item on the floor but she showed me online the product that they have that would match the decor i want. So i order it thanks to her advices.

    Bed Frame Purchase

    Purchased the Versailles Bed Frame from the downtown Edmonton location, the customer service rep helping me was extremely helpful, friendly, and not pushy which I appreciated. She was quick to provide service and insight and made the purchase easy. Only disappointed with the delivery service, they were not flexible at all with delivery time. Have not yet received the bed frame so I hope it will be in good shape when it arrives.

    New province, new home and new chairs

    We just moved to Oakville and needed to purchase new chairs. When we arrived to the store, we were welcome, offered support but most importanly we were allowed to look around without feeling the pressure of the sales person. If we had any question, he was always around to help, but we never felt annoyed nor pressured. It was a really great shopping experience.

    Product

    I was visiting my sister in Calgary and she told me of Structube because she knew I would like it, and boy did I ever!!! I had to limit myself to two ornaments for my tv stand as I was flying home and couldn't take much more on the plane. While I was in the store, I found a console table I was in love with and tried to convince the associate to ship it out to Saskatchewan, was unsuccessful lol! Please come to Saskatchewan!!!!

    absolute rubbish

    Appreciate this concept of providing you nice looking alternatives to Ikea at similar price points, but the fact of the matter is, it's all rubbish... cheap crap made in China. Sadly the vale of the product is reflected in the grossly incompetent staff... I am an interior designer, and was interested at first glance, but after 4 aweful experiences in store and 2 terrible purchases. I will never go back, and will recommend the same to colleagues and mates.

    Tropic Candle Holder

    First my Wife told me about the Golden Pineapple which she saw at Structube website . I was not getting convinced but once we went to the store i was amazed to see all the Home Accents and Furniture. Just after the first glimpse at Tropic Candle Holder i rushed to the counter to purchase it. Loved the Golden Candle Holder as a Decor at my place adding 5 Star in my Life. I have also added One of the dinning table in my Wish list which i will fulfill soon. Love Structube

    New furniture

    We are so pleased with the service Mohammad provided as well as the quality and price of the furniture we purchased. We are so excited to furnish our new home with all of the beautiful pieces!
