    Great design

    I love the design. It is easy to assemble. Very solid and no chemical smell at all! Worth the money I paid. Delivery service is good as well. It is a flat fee, so it is definitely worth the price if you purchase more....

    Great value for good quality sectional couch

    Bought a great, comfy and stylish sectional couch from Structube after extensive research into a few different options. This one was great in term is style and price compared to others we were also considering.

    Beautiful wooden chair

    My husband and I bought a beautiful wooden chair with light grey cushions fron structube. With that simple piece, our living room is rejuvenated and looks much more modern. We had great service from the staff and love our sturdy and trendy chair!

    Couch ourchase

    Walked into our 5th structube of the day, looking for a particular couch and accent chair. We were pleasantly approached by the sales rep who helped us get everything we were looking for in a matter of just minutes! Great customer service and experience at the Erin Mills location! We received our choice and chairs exactly when they said they'd deliver! Amazing experience all together!

    Love the table we bought but I wish it was in stock and that we didn't need to wait 2 and a half months for delivery! Great range of furniture and great prices!

    Dining Room Table

    We just moved into a new home and really wanted to upgrade from the dining room table we had in our old place to something with more character. We purchased the Maria dining room table and absolutely love it. The tabletop is around 230 lbs and was expertly delivered. We are so happy with the product and were impressed with the service provided by Structube.

    Lamp

    Love your store so much,my children shop in your store for a while. I visited you store many times and every time I felt like in heaven. Everything is beautiful Will keep coming and potentially shopping

    Product cloth sofa

    The sofa I bought is not in satisfied quality. The fibre is too thin and some parts like button are not firmly adhered. I need to fix it by myself few time with my needle and liner. Disapppointed

    Clayton desk

    Love the desk I bought that wasn't too hard to put together but wasn't too happy with the customer service when it came to picking it up. My husband had to go for me and though I was told doing so would require 2 people, the store rep assured me it would be Ok for him to go alone since the store wasn't busy at that time. Turns out no one was available afterall to help him simply wheel the boxes to the truck.

    Damaged products

    We had very high hopes about the quality of Structube products. However we have received damaged products (i.e. Sofa and dining table). Because of the nuisance of reserving elevator, assembling all the furnitures again, we did choose to receive rebate but this also took couple days. During those days I had to be the active one keeping up with the rebate process. We really liked the furnitures but I believe Structube should work on decreasing damaged furnitures being delivered as well as customer service.
