not just the same old ikea, reasonable prices. easy to locate in store. easy delivery. was delievwred in a timely fashion. one downside is that you still have to assemble it yourself.

Went to the warehouse to pick up a leather chair it took over 2 hours before getting the item.asked why it was so long, could not find the order, spoke to the manager he said the system wasn't working, most people were waiting all seemed upset.

I ordered my Zak coffee table from the Yonge and Eglinton Structube location when I went in to purchase my York sofa. I had to order them as separate transactions so that I would get them as they became available (both had to be ordered in) which is fine and convenient. I left two numbers so that I wouldn't miss their call to find out my table was in. Weeks later I called the store for a status update and they let me know the table had been in for a week already. I didn't see any missed calls on either number that I left. Regardless the table was a great price, easy to assemble and I get compliments on it all the time. Love the style. Structube is not the best customer experience but for the price and styles it doesn't really matter.

Found a nice rug but it was back order. I left my name in case one would become available and, a month later, to my surprise, got a call that they had one for me! Great service!

I was looking for a coffee table to go with our sectional. I have been looking for the right shape and size for a long time. They were very helpful with measurements of all types of coffee tables they had. I found a table and placed my order. When my table arrived to the store they called to let me know that there was damage and they would need to re order it. I appreciated their honestly.

We purchased 2 kitchen stools for our island. They fit beautifully in our down sized condo. The ladies who looked after our purchase were professional and very helpful. We loved this store. It was our first time in this store and found all the contents to be great.

Sales associate was friendly and attentive, he also had great suggestions and feedback from other customers. Great price point for modern design, especially for new home owners. The items we chose are sleek looking but veru comfortable. We are looking toward to our delivery to see how the products look in our home.
