    Bar stool

    They have taught their associates to do whatever it takes to make the sale and refrain from telling customers something might be wrong with the product. The bar stool was missing the paddle on the lever and they neglected to inform us. We believe this was done intentionally just to make the sale. Would not recommend this store.

    Swivel Chair

    Hands down worst costumer service I have ever experienced! We have spent allot of money in this store, and would not give them another penny and would never recommend it to anyone we know. When a Chair we purchased from the Kitchener location snapped in half with my young son on it, the only response we received was that it was out the 1 year warranty. It's next to impossible to reach any one in costumer service or get a response! Even when I asked if they could recommend somewhere we can have it fixed, since they were not willing to help fix it in any way! A sorry would have been nice, since it was an extremely heavy chair that could have seriously injured my son.

    WORST COMPANY EVER...SERIOUSLY

    This is by far the absolute worst furniture company I have ever had to work with. I would hands down recommend anywhere else. I have been waiting 5+ weeks for a bed and coffee table (which they force you to use their delivery service for at a staggering $90) and they told me it will be ANOTHER 4-5 WEEKS. It is absolutely not an issue of supply and demand, inventory, manufacturing, etc. If the products are as popular and have been for years (according to the sales staff), then why can't a chain like this keep up with demand in their large Montreal warehouse? I may not be a whiz at business, but I would think if an item was so popular and it didn't show signs of slowing down, WHY NOT KEEP IT IN STOCK? It's obvious this company doesn't care about the customers because they know they are the cheapest modern furniture store and people will put up with anything to save. But you sacrifice so much in customer service. Added to the list of waiting forever for delivery... 1. Being forced to use their delivery service (why don't they invest in the bare minimum amount of space to hold a few items?) 2. You can't make purchases online and can only purchase in person (not to mention the full payment after deposit...so 2 trips unless you want to pay in full) 3. No customer service or incentive to stay with the company 4. No discount for delays or bulk orders Maybe I should open up a coffee chain, sell coffee cheaper than everyone else, but force them to pay for delivery service and you will see your coffee in 5-10 weeks...man that would crush the competition!

    Manchester 120cm Desk - DISASTER

    Was told by sales person was 3 pieces - WRONG - was full assembly like Ikea - no instructions in the box - nothing to say instructions are on-line - had to go find them after inquiry to them - instructions are pictures with no instruction AND - were outdated to the product version they sent - so looks like parts are missing - once figured out - which is NOT EASY as there is little cryptic instruction in the instructions - thought parts were missing - worse than frustrating - then bolts to hold the top on were wrong - called them - they had to order them which took a week - and are making me travel to their store way out of my way to get 2 bolts so this thing is usable - refused to mail or courier them to me. Paid $495 for a product that makes Ikea look like 10 stars... such bad customer service and attention to detail for a "buy and build" product at a premium price. NOT RECOMMENDED

    Furniture, Custom Sofa

    Went into Structube this morning to look at some furniture for my new place. My girlfriend and I walked through the doors and were not greeted by the sales representative, there were 4 sales reps all huddles by the front desk talking about their weekend and how fun it was etc. We walked around the store for about 45 minutes and were not greeted by any of the sales team, we decided to go to another retailer down the street called 4 Living. 4livings customer service team was more attentive to our needs and we had a better customer experiance and ended up purchasing a sectional and dinning table. We will never shop at Structube or recommend to friends or family

    Dining Room chairs + table, Living Room Chairs + Table

    I just wanted to say that the Manager at the Etobicoke North Queen location was one of the most helpful sales people, and one of the nicest, I have ever met. Even if we did not find what we needed at his store, he did not hesitate to help us search other furniture stores in order to find what we wanted. I've never had anyone do that before, and because of it I went back and bought my dining room chairs (along with the table I bought before) and a side table at Structube. Thank you for making my experience so enjoyable, I will definitely be there first if I need any furniture in the future.

    Small couch

    Etobicoke Location - June 2014. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE. Worst customer care ever. My first experience here was good – helpful and professional. I have put my purchase on hold and returned later to finalize the purchase. The gentleman who helped us was great at the beginning, he had even given us an option of a local “cheaper” delivery company “that they always use and the company will assemble the couch and put it in the room/level you show them”. It was two of us standing in front of him and the fact that he did not put all the instructions in writing should’ve run a bell. The second you pay – you are on your own. Condescending, rude and unapologetic about the mistakes that were made. The couch came on time but the already expensive delivery was even more expensive. An unopened box was dumped in the leaving room besides the entrance, no word of assembly. Since it was the third party delivery – we have contacted the Structube store, and then you can see the true customer service there. We have dealt with two “managers”, one of which was the “great” person above. Contacting head office did not help much, the same sale person called me and the apology sounded like “you did not understand it wright but we apologize for the confusion and can call the same delivery company to come back to assemble the couch”. Needless to say, we did not accept their offer and will never shop at Structube again. The couch we bought was nothing spectacular, Ikea is always down the road and there are no surprises there.

    6 chairs, 4 bar stools

    I was told 3 weeks to deliver and now im told 6 weeks. If known I would not of bought at Structube and would of shopped somewhere else. Then when I talk to the store they say "it is what it is" not in stock. Then tell me that from the start and I would of went elsewhere. DBush LEaage

    Furniture, lighting, art

    Really like the styles. Staff in Winnipeg is very friendly and helpful and willing to help load car. Prices also seem very reasonable. Some lamp shades did not match, but they were very willing to take back.

    Dining set

    I bought a dining set from the Woodbridge location. All the staff was very professional and accommodating. The product looks good. Everything was delivered on time as promised. Highly recommend.
