    Structube Walker Couch

    I made an online order with Structube for a Walker couch on September 18th. Paid the $90 in home, in room delivery fee to an added total of around $800.00. Today is the first day I can actually use my couch (October 7th). I made a HUGE mistake buying from Structube. The couch was missing a bracket to slot the backboard into the main structure of the couch. It took me five days of attempted communication with Structube before I could speak to someone about my issue. I requested a new back piece with the proper brackets installed be sent to my home. I was then sent a single bracket and expected to drill into the fabric and cushion of my brand new couch to install the bracket. When I called to complain and ask for a new back piece in it's entirety be sent to me as originally requested, I was blamed and insulted by 'Nicolas' from head office about the issue. It took another five days to have the new piece sent, in which they had to send someone from Fedex to my house on two separate occasions as the information regarding the pieces being sent back was not communicated to the deliverer. I was once again blamed, this time by Fedex, and found myself pleading with the drivers to make an exception for me and help me out. Total days left with a damaged, unusable couch: 12. Phone calls to Structube made: 7. Times I will ever buy from Structube again: 0. Drinks I need to de-stress from this ordeal: infinite. Just don't bother. Buy from a company who cares about their customer satisfaction and isn't only in it for the money. Though the product might work for you, it isn't worth the time and stress. Shame on you, Structube.

    Dining Room Table

    I purchased a dining room table and chairs which were not immediately available. When the product became available, I popped in to pay the rest of the order and pick up a portion of my order (which requires 2 trips on my part, considering the size of my vehicle). The store had an issue with the point of sale system. Effectively I ended up paying for another customer's order. The local staff, although meaning well, could not determine what had occurred. We waited for an hour for them to determine what was going on, before they told me I'd have to come back. The issue I have is with the follow up. The employees called their district manager, Maryam while I was there. I could hear her essentially berating them over the phone. I asked to speak to her to resolve the situation. She refused to speak with me. Even a "we're working on it" would have sufficed. I was not allowed to take any part of the order with me, costing me a trip and my time. I called the customer service line and was essentially told that there was nothing they could do about the situation, and that they would not offer me delivery as compensation for their mistake. Not only that, I had to call them back to follow up. For your sanity, stay away from this place.

    Furniure

    We ordered $4200 worth of furniture for our new home, Structube changed the delivery date 3 times on us and still have not delivered. We finally decided to cancel the order as we dont believe we are ever going to receive the our furniture. They were so quick to cancel the order, its like they wanted me to cancel. No apology or sense of urgency to assist with the delivery delay. We will not attempt to buy from here due to the incompetence of the employees. This company needs all new management. They did not care to let go $4200 in business.

    Bad dinette table

    One of the worse furniture store out there. First time experience with Structube and certainly will be the last. We will make sure our friends and family knows about our experience as well. The quality of the products they sell are very bad. We bought a Jasmine dinette table from the Winnipeg store. Their policy is that they have to deliver the product for a $90 fee. You cannot pick up the product yourself. Upon receiving the dinette table we noticed the punctured box the dinette was in. We immediately called the manager of the store Tony and explain the situation. Tony instructed us to open the box and inspect the packaging for damage. We mentioned several defects with the table to him, and he proceed to tell us to open up everything and inspect. We noticed the frost glass was scratched, big dent on the side of the chrome railing of the table, chrome flaking off the legs of the table. Frosted glass top is uneven so every time you put something on or remove items from the table, the glass would make a popping sound. To compensate for all the defects, Tony is offering us an embarrassing $50. We outright told him no thanks. We paid $600 for a brand new table, not a table that looks like it is used. We wanted our money back. Tony then told us that we would have to return the product ourselves and would also not get the $90 delivery charge. These are outrageous company policies. The quality of their product is the worse I've ever seen. UPDATE: Head office and store manager contacted me and provided full refund. This company do care about their customers and their reputation. I would deal with this company again if I see something I like to purchase.

    WORST COMPANY EVER

    Awful customer service and delivery policy. Called to say they would be at my house in 20 mins, never showed up. When I called an hour later to follow up, they said they had delivered it and brought it upstairs, and met my boyfriend. (obviously they hadn't). Then, he proceeded to tell me that they took it off the truck at dispatch center because it was too full. No one knows where my $1500 bed is, and of course after 10 calls to structube, still no one has answered the phone. They have a lot of disclaimers about paying more fees if you aren't home for your delivery, yet nothing mentioned if they choose to just not deliver it at all. Should have listened to everyone's warnings. Will never buy anything from there again.

    TV Stand

    The designs are nice, but.... Bad customer service, Bad product, Magnets didn't work properly, screw holes for hinges were not adjusted properly, and I couldn't get them to fix it! Very delayed delivery. Branches work separate from each other. Meaning if you buy it from one branch, you move, and you ask another branch for information or help they will not answer you. I wish there was an option of no star on this rank.

    Bed

    The bed is missing a leg and some screws. It was assembled in the wrong format in store and I was misleading by the wrong assembly. The bed I received is not the exact same thing as the one in the store. And it has more damages on it. I am reaching to StrucTube right now and I will update this post after that. I am very upset so far.

    sofa

    horrible horrible compnay, this is our first experience with structube and definitely the last time we are buying anything from them. Structube uses the worst delivery company, terrible service and attitude towards us. Made a lot of damage to our condo and to the furniture. structube refuses to take any responsibllity. the sofa iss missing a leg, not even usable

    End tables

    What a horrible company. I purchased a end table just before New Year's. The product came damaged and I wasn't told that there was only a five day return policy or exchange policy at the store, I was not informed of this when I purchased my product. So when I called after the holidays to find out I was told I could not return it. Buyers beware. Also what they don't tell you is that they have a mandatory delivery charge for any item that is larger of $90. You cannotpick items up at the store. Horrible horrible customer service would not recommend the store to anyone. I wrote a letter to head office of my complaints and the response I received back, was less than reasonable. Spend a little more money and go somewhere else I can't believe this company is still in business.

    furnishing my new condo

    I have been dealing with 2 great sales people at Structube in Wpg...Tony & David...they have made my experience of buying new furniture for my condo a wonderful experience...they have gone beyond the call of duty...I am also very impressed with the items I have bought...the prices are excellent & very pleased with the quality of the furniture...
