This was a significant project, as the old furnaces were over 20 years old and so a new exhaust system had to be designed and installed, as well the installation of the new equipment. Throughout the whole process, the men involved, Karl, Willie, Kevin, Shawn and Jeff (I asked for their names) were a pleasure to have around the house. People turned up when they said they would, did what they said they would and were pleasant and humorous the whole time, even on one occasion when it was clear that things weren’t going as smoothly as they’d thought.
I’ve used Knight for several projects now and have always felt that their prices were reasonable, their service levels and attention to detail were good, that I wasn’t being “upsold” and that I was getting knowledgeable, unbiased advice whenever I had questions.

An update: we subsequently had a problem with the carbon monoxide detectors going off. In the event, it turned out that this wasn't connected with the work they'd done, but Knight were extremely helpful in fitting me in as an emergency call-out, even though I live in Bragg Creek, well beyond the city
