Andrew was professional and quick when he came to clean the furnace and ducts. George did the inspection. He was also very professional and very friendly. He gave me lots of recommendations relevant to small children and future basement development which I appreciated.

My furnace needed a new thermocouple. Karl was great to work with! Not only did he arrive at my house ahead of the scheduled appointment (which I appreciated), but he was very professional, clean and tidy, and forthcoming in his explanation of what needed to be done to repair my furnace. He answered all of my questions, and he was a real pleasure to deal with. I enthusiastically recommend Karl and Knight Plumbing and Heating.

I had a leak in the pipe leading to the hot water tank and talked to Denice about getting it repaired. She sent someone that day. Jason called before he came. He had the repair completed in less than 15 minutes. I appreciate his courteous and professional attitude. He explained everything, left his card, and said to call with any other problems. I've used Knight Plumbing before and I will definitely call them again! I'm always pleased with their service.

The installation technician Karl, is an excellent job planner and very thorough in his work. He left the work area very clean upon completion of the job and gave detailed instructions on filter changing and replacement of batteries in the thermostat.
