With a 13 year old hot water tank that had never been serviced, and a furnace and air conditioner which might have been serviced once in the last 5 years, I started calling around. I called on Wednesday and they were able to fit me in on the Friday morning - first call of the day. Both Clint and Carl were excellent technicians, and both called to confirm I was home and gave a 30 minute window to when they would arrive at the house. Clint got through the inspection of the HWT and advised it would last a few more years, however did give me the price for what a replacement would. I found him friendly and knowledgeable. Carl got right to work, and checked out everything. He went through the details of his findings with recommendations for the future, including prices. I felt very comfortable with both technicians and recommend them to anyone in the future.

I called Knights for a failed hot water heater on Saturday morning, by mid afternoon Saturday the new heater was installed. Clint was the on call service technician and he worked without slowing and double checked each connection he made. He advised on a required upgrade to the vent pipe and made the required upgrade without issue. His service van was equipped with all of the required pieces to change out the hot water heater. I would call this premiere service, many thanks.

Clint was great at explaining what needed to be done and how the system worked. I appreciated his followup phone calls regarding a subsequent visit that was required. I was able to schedule appointments to work around my busy calendar.

Hot water tank failed on Good Friday and Knight Plumbing answered the call. Prompt, professional and courteous service had hot water back in time to shower and go out Friday afternoon. Note that other plumbers that advertised emergency service didn't answer there phone. Knight will now be our go to service provider for both plumbing and HVAC. Service was outstanding.

Fixed my dripping bathtub faucet and it no longer drips. Not sure why water comes out of the bathtub faucet while the shower is turned on. Is this normal or not normal? Thanks

My car keys with remote was flushed down the toilet and was causing it to be plugged. A technician was able to come out that day and had to remove the toilet to retrieve the keys... He also let me know that the person who originally installed the toilet did not know what he was doing. I.e.gentlemen plumbers.

Discovered leak in the cabinet under the bathroom sink in the morning. Looked in Yellow Pages and called Assured Plumbing and Heating. Nice lady took the call and dispatched a repair man. Dan, the knowledgable and friendly Technician, showed up within two hours and replaced the U-drain, cleaned up the mess and was gone in less than an hour. We really appreciate the prompt service.
