Technician was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. Provided us very good technical advise. He came in to replace a hot water heater that has leaked before the warranty expired.

Timely, responsive and competitive pricing. We are new to Calgary so we didn't really know who to call in our situation, the heater broke down and a problem like this needed an immediate fix. Recommended!

Kitchen spray faucet was leaking every time it was used. The leak was beginning to drip below, and the only solution was to replace the whole faucet. Jason found a quality replacement and installed it . All went well, and notable was the positive attitude the plumber had throughout. In addition, he replaced 2 bathroom faucets and drains, one of which was only accessible with one arm at a time! Still a positive attitude! I could tell the job was difficult, but he persisted and succeeded. Well done!

I would like to thank Dave Hackett and KARL (Technician) for the great service I got from Knight. The location of my humidifier was changed over and fixed. It is now working and all work done is looking very professional. Also got a great lesson on how my humidifier works and now know how to maintain it. Thank-you so very much!

There was a water leakage from Water heater tank. I contacted company's service no. and i explained them my whole situation and they informed me that a technician will call me in 10 mins. We were an exhibitor at the Calgary Home and Garden Show and Knight Plumbing was kind enough to loan us a toilet for our family day activity. They not only lent us the toilet, they helped us to bring it to our booth and back. Came home from dr. appt to find water spraying from the outlet of the hot water tank. Turned off cold water inlet off but it started to spray also, Turned off main water inlet and called knight plumbing on Monday. Dan came out early Tuesday morning and fixed all issues. Very please with prompt, efficient and courteous service and will call again if need arises.
