Great experience. I had our water heater replaced. They arrived in time, and provided great service, clean and efficient. Fair price. Everyone starting with first call and quoting and the service provided was great. I would recommend them to others.

My Nu Air system had stopped working and Geoff was knowledgeable and both showed and explained how it works and how I can clean certain parts myself in between the annual service. He also took the time and explained why it is important for annual services in a way that made sense to me. Exceptionally knowledgeable,professional, patient and thorough. I would highly recommend Geoff and Knight plumbing and heating!

We have always been very satisfied with the standard of work and assistance from Knights Plumbing. We have found the technicians to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Josh and Toby dealt with my questions and concerns quickly and efficiently.

Josh was punctual, responsive and detail. He has enthusiasm for work and diligence to finish it as per standards. If I have need for plumber in the future I would call Josh again.

Excellent service to fix a leak in our outside water tap. We also added a hot water line to the outside of the house. All of the plumbers that came to the house were professional and courteous.

I was booked for today June 11, 2021 for a furnace quote. They were suppose to visit between 10 am to 3 pm. I waited for some them till 3 pm and then called them around 3:10 pm. The response from the lady who was suppose to make me smile was that their techs are too busy solving issues with all the previously installed furnaces, A/C and plumbing jibs that they can't make it today. She courteously offered for Monday and i politely declined. It is disappointing for a new customer like me to go thru something like this as i feel if they are not able to honor their visit now, how can I trust them with new furnace and aftersales services. Very very disappointing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please note I waited for 5 hours and approx cost my waiting charges for a NO SHOW

Just had turned on my outside water for the spring when we noticed a pocket of water on the wall and wet carpet below the area where the water valve was. Access to the valve and supply line was through the ceiling and the concern was how much of the ceiling would have to be removed to repair the leak. To my relief, Brandon the technician from Knight Plumbing was able to simply tighten the valve with a wrench which resolved the leak.

Our kitchen sink was completely blocked. Josh came and realized the only way to fix it was to auger it. (Is that the right word?) Our house has no air conditioning and it was very hot so he was melting. The first attempt didn't work so he decided to try once more and much to our relief and his too, I'm sure, it worked. He reminded us to avoid putting grease down the garborator and advised us to use Bioclean to prevent it happening again. We were very impressed by his expertise and pleasant manner.
