water leak
Called Knights on June 5 mid morning asking for a service call. Tech called back, I explained a water leak under my kitchen sink and was leaking to the lower level ceiling. He indicated current appointments would be late into the day so agreed on June 6 at 10 AM. June 6 at 1000 no plumber, at 1105 no plumber so I called and tech stated he was on a job and busy for another 1-2 hrs., (apparently my appointment was not very important) we agreed on 1-2 pm. At 3pm no plumber, at 4pm no plumber at 5pm no plumber, at midnight no plumber, no call or apology just ignored the appointment. 7 days later and still no call, great customer service guys you suck!
