Karl, Carson, Dan and Lee did a fantastic job replacing my old furnace, A/C unit, humidifier and hot water tank. They were very friendly, and extremely professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process to insure I was satisfied with the placement of the equipment. When the project was complete, they did a thorough job of cleaning up and then instructed me on the use and maintenance of the new equipment. I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others in need of their services.

From the initial quote with Jonathan, through the installation with Kevin and Leigh, we had great service. They spent extra time going through everything with us at each step, and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very clean and left no mess behind. The pricing was very comparable to the other quotes we received but they went the extra step with customer service which is why we went with them.

Absolute professional job from start to finish. George, Carson and Lee were very courteous and patient answering any questions we had about our furnace and a/c install. They were all very respectful of us and our home. All procedures were explained before the work started. The work area was thorough cleaned after the install was complete. Service was excellent from start to finish. Office staff was polite and friendly. Dan was da man to do the work. He was punctual, very polite and friendly. In the end, to me, it's all about a job well done and I'm very satisfied with the results. I will recommend this company, and Dan specifically, to friends and family.

A ruptured in-floor heating system boiler required us to replace the boiler unit, and additionally we had the hot water tank replaced and the main water shut off valve replaced. The cost seemed a little high, but the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail was well reflected. The boiler specialist was very knowledgeable and professional.

Absolutely satisfied with all aspects of the service I received. Jonathon gave me great advice on what I needed and followed up with several calls to make sure I was satisfied. George the installer was amazing!!! Arrived on time and worked without a break until he was finished Courteous and efficient. George made sure the installation was done neat and very well and thought about how everything was put together Everything was left spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this company.

This work was done in an apartment where no water shut-off valves had been installed under any of the three sinks or behind the two toilets. You can see from the before and after photo under the kitchen sink that the water lines were extremely well relocated when the shut-off valves were installed. Snaking the lines made a huge difference to the flow of draining water. Excellent work. The technician did have to return to the apartment to make an adjustment to the kitchen sink plumbing.

Our furnace stopped working (of course during a recent cold snap). My husband looked online for a reputable company and called Knight plumbing. The receptionist was very nice and put Kevin in contact with us. He called shortly after and stated he would come out later in the afternoon (on a Saturday) and he arrived as stated/promised. Kevin was friendly, polite and got the work done efficiently. (He also wore the overslip booties over his shoes). We were very pleased with the service by Kevin at Knight. Thank you again!

I would definitely recommend Knight. They were super quick getting to my house once I had called the issue in. Kevin was friendly, efficient, and accommodating and had the problem fixed quickly!

The guys who came here to replace our furnace and hot water tank were awesome George ,Lee and John were awesome to deal with,one day and they were done. I would recommend Knight plumbing and heating to anyone who needs help with there furnace or any plumbing needs.
