Absolutely satisfied with all aspects of the service I received. Jonathon gave me great advice on what I needed and followed up with several calls to make sure I was satisfied. George the installer was amazing!!! Arrived on time and worked without a break until he was finished Courteous and efficient. George made sure the installation was done neat and very well and thought about how everything was put together Everything was left spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this company.

This work was done in an apartment where no water shut-off valves had been installed under any of the three sinks or behind the two toilets. You can see from the before and after photo under the kitchen sink that the water lines were extremely well relocated when the shut-off valves were installed. Snaking the lines made a huge difference to the flow of draining water. Excellent work. The technician did have to return to the apartment to make an adjustment to the kitchen sink plumbing.

Our furnace stopped working (of course during a recent cold snap). My husband looked online for a reputable company and called Knight plumbing. The receptionist was very nice and put Kevin in contact with us. He called shortly after and stated he would come out later in the afternoon (on a Saturday) and he arrived as stated/promised. Kevin was friendly, polite and got the work done efficiently. (He also wore the overslip booties over his shoes). We were very pleased with the service by Kevin at Knight. Thank you again!

I would definitely recommend Knight. They were super quick getting to my house once I had called the issue in. Kevin was friendly, efficient, and accommodating and had the problem fixed quickly!

The guys who came here to replace our furnace and hot water tank were awesome George ,Lee and John were awesome to deal with,one day and they were done. I would recommend Knight plumbing and heating to anyone who needs help with there furnace or any plumbing needs.

Serviceman arrived on schedule for back pressure test on boiler. He removed his footwear so as not to track in moisture. He explained everything he would be doing and the charges associated with it. The service call was entirely satisfactory.

I was entirely satisfied with previous work, so decided to wait over 48 hours to have a leak fixed. Fortunately, I had some control over the leak and couls wait it out! They did a good job as previously!

They try to get you in at your earliest convenience. The servicemen are prompt, diligent, and explain the issue in a way that is easy to understand. Jason and crew (Jamie, Andrew) came into our home to replace all the Poly B piping with Pex. They also replaced all taps, toilets and shower valves. Jason handled the work with ease, completing the work in a few days. He conducted himself in a professional manor, showing us the work completed and gave us instructions on items replaced. Jason was able to keep the repair to six small holes in the walls, considering this is a two story home we were extremely pleased. Thank Jason And Knight Plumbing.

My single family home has the original hot water heating system that is 60 years old and it needed maintenance. I found KnightPlumbing.ca online and requested a quote after normal working hours and received a call back the next morning, Thursday. The office scheduled a service call for the next morning, Friday. A technician named George phoned me and then arrived on time. George inspected my furnace and recommended a COMPLETE service including cleaning and testing for safety. I could tell that George was experienced and knowledgeable because I am a retired business owner who has hired many people for many jobs including residential construction. George patiently explained WHY I needed the work and that the cost would be substantial but that it would need to be scheduled for another day because he had several other customers that day. Of course, I would have preferred that the furnace not require work but that is unrealistic. In this case, I was glad to find an HONEST straight forward man who I was confident would do a fine repair at a FAIR price.
