Our 25+ year-old water heater had to be replaced as a result of a bad leak. To complicate matters, the shut-off valve to the heater turned out to be broken, and our water main valve was stuck, making draining the tank and stopping the leak that was flooding the basement impossible on our own. Dan, the tech who arrived, worked with us to come up with the most cost-effective strategy for fixing the situation, as it happened on Easter Weekend. He offered to just fix the valve while on the off-hours/holiday labour rates so we could stop the flooding, and then to do the full replacement the next day when regular rates would apply. We took him up on it, and he did great work, was upfront about pricing, was friendly and easy-going, and was quick and efficient about everything, too. Highly recommended.

Main drain inspection - operator very clean and careful due to fully finished location. Clean drop clothes and very careful. Excellent operator who kept us informed through out the process.

They coordinated inspection with the tenants directly (which was very affordable) and then I had a follow-up call with the plumber on repair options. Karl, Carson, Dan and Lee did a fantastic job replacing my old furnace, A/C unit, humidifier and hot water tank. They were very friendly, and extremely professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process to insure I was satisfied with the placement of the equipment. When the project was complete, they did a thorough job of cleaning up and then instructed me on the use and maintenance of the new equipment. I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others in need of their services.

From the initial quote with Jonathan, through the installation with Kevin and Leigh, we had great service. A ruptured in-floor heating system boiler required us to replace the boiler unit, and additionally we had the hot water tank replaced and the main water shut off valve replaced. The cost seemed a little high, but the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail was well reflected. The boiler specialist was very knowledgeable and professional.
