since we moved here 2 years ago we have had sewer blockage problems. An old tree with big roots! It is a city tree and the city refuses to correct the problem. We had John H. from Mr Rooter come out and cleared up the problem. He worked very efficiently, was very courteous and clean. He made us feel comfortable that it was not caused by us but by the city tree. That was very much appreciated as our stress level had reached new heights. Chad dimmer was quick and efficient on job 95990 and gave a couple options for solutions. I needed a new drain line connected to my old cast iron stack. The old one had rusted through and broken off.

had a plugged drain and they wanted to break my basement floor with a tenant in it and replace all my drian lines. I put an electric snake through it and fixed it in 2 hours with my husband and the drain has been fine since and that was 2 years ago

We were having trouble with our laundry tub draining. Mr Rooter got plumber out to our house in a reasonable time. He snaked out the pipes, and recommended replacing and moving some of the older pipes, as well as replacing the laundry tub. I agreed with his assessment, and the plumber went out to get the new laundry tub. He performed all the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after himself and removed the old tub. I would definitely use Mr Rooter again.

My kitchen drain seemed to plug over night, Mr Rooter sent out some one to give me an estimate and then clean the drain in a matter of hours. The best part is my children were very interested in the whole process, and they learned a valuable lesson in that not all things go down the drain.
