    Replace/repair Phantom screen and bottom track

    Riley, the service technician was quick and super courteous. He was very helpful and informative in mentioning Phantom products have a life time warranty which I was unaware as my condo came with the Phantom screen door already installed. Once job was completed he even cleaned after himself by vacuuming screw shavings! Excellent service from initial call, to booking an appointment through to completion. I highly recommend Suite Outdoors!

    On time, done right, friendly servive

    This was a very pleasant experience in the day and age when service seems to lag and people are never on time. The technician was on time. He was super friendly and helpful and the job was really done well. Loved dealing with the technician Riley.

    Phantom retractable screen door

    Phantom Screens Suite Outdoors Calgary

    I was looking for a Company to install a Phantom Screen on my Backdoorway so the FRESH AIR could blow in with no BUGS!!! Suite Outdoors came to the rescue !! The Fellow was Efficient,Tidy and Friendly. . . . 10/10 ! I would highly recommend this Company. annie from Calgary

    Install of Phantom Screen

    Was very please with the service and product for the Phantom Screen we received. They always were available to answer my questions and the installer was very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend them!

    Amazing product! Amazing Service!

    We have Phantom Screens at home and ordered one to have at our business. The newer ones are even better and we thought the original ones were great! Jacob is a wonderful installer who takes care/pride in his work and is excellent to work with! It was a great experience all around with this company on the phone and in person for the install. They are very accommodating!

    Phantom Screen

    I am updating my mom's condo, called Phantom Screen to repair mesh on unit. Brett the service provider was so helpful and open to problem solving. Because my mom had hardwood floors put in after her phantom screen, the installers covered the base of the unit with a wood seam. With some discussion and creative problem solving together, we were able to leift the seam up and repair the screen. Thank Brett for your professionalism and kindness :)

    Repair and rehang Phantom Screen

    While dealing with a window and door company they said they would remove and reinstall the phantom screen we had, WELL it did not fit and they could not do it, I called Phantom and they set up an appointment for Friday at noon , so pleasant and helpful over the phone, shortly after I received another call and they had an opening on Tuesday at noon which was much better as we needed the screen in this warm weather. Technician arrived on time, very efficient, friendly, and even gave us some helpful hints on maintaining it. We are so very happy with this company and certainly recommend it to anyone that needs a screen.

    Overall Condo Renovation

    I had been investigating screen doors vs Phantom Screens for some time, when I ran into a Phantom Screen Technician working in our complex. He had already installed several screens for my neighbors, so I went and got their feedback. All feedback was very good, so I committed to get both by front & rear doors done with Phantom Screens. Office staff & technician were very knowledgeable & helpful, which certainly helps the transaction process. Schedule & installation timing were "spot on" their promises.......I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Phantom door installation on front entrance

    Very prompt and friendly service. Done in no time at all and absolutely no mess. Would certainly recommend to anyone whose interested in having complete air flow through their home...
