    We had a great experience with Suite Outdoors - Phantom Screens! From speaking with Jin regarding our order and schedule to Jacob arriving for the install. He was prompt, polite and efficient. Thank you Suite Outdoors!

    Phantom Screens

    We had Phantom screens installed at our front, back and garage man door. Much better than having a screen door that you need to open and swing around. More room for air flow also. The installation was very professional and clean looking. Thank you for your awesome work and to the front line staff who were incredibly friendly.

    Phantom Screen

    Very pleased with reception. Installer arrived on time and was VERY efficient and speedy. We are pleased with screen, wasps not so pleased! Exepect to enjoy our this summer and many more. Have another Phantom screen that is at least 15 years old, still like new.

    Screen door

    Quick and professional service. Easy to book and staff was very friendly and professional. Install took less than 30min for our patio door. I would highly recommend phantom screens of south Alberta.

    Just installed

    Newly installed retractable screen doors are awesome. Although it has only been 2 days the doors work great and look great. The installer was awesome and although we haven’t needed it if there warranty service is as awesome as the customer service has been, we will be in great hands.

    Oversized patio doors screen installation

    Incredible to work with. In 2020 we had measurements taken to have Phantom Screens fitted for our oversized patio doors. We had to postpone the project temporarily due to financial setbacks. We reconnected in 2021 and the original estimate was honoured. The installer was amazing and completed the installation in less time than anticipated thanks to all of the measurements that had been previously taken. All around the team was professional, timely, courteous and capable. We will absolutely work with Suite Outdoors again and will recommend them to everyone!

    Motorized screens / Patio enclosure

    We had motorized screens installed on our downstairs patio yesterday. We absolutely love it! What a fantastic job Suite Outdoors did! It looks incredible! We now have the outdoor living room we’ve always wanted. The installers had the worst day possible weather wise (rain, hail, 2C) - but still did an awesome job. They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They left the jobsite so clean you wouldn’t even have know they were there. We cannot say enough good things about this company and their installers.

    Repair to my Phantom Screen door

    Bottom track on door was damaged. The service technician arrived a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The door now opens and closes properly.

    Screen door installation.

    Quick response...all necessary info and instructions prior to home visit were properly related to us. Completely safe appointment. Superb quality of installation. We are very happy with all aspects of this service.

    Kitchen deck additional screening plus doors

    These guys were great. It was a cold day and they just kept going until the job was done- and then made an attempt to repair a screen previously put in by another manufacturer. They went above and beyond I’ve had quite a few screens installed by Phantom over the years and I love them!! Thankyou!
