When our front Phantom Screen door became jammed this summer, I hesitated to call a service company to come and fix it. I thought it would be an ordeal, expensive, and I actually considered just removing the screen door completely. However, after a few days, I looked up companies that would fix Phantom Screen doors. I am so glad I called Suite Outdoors. From the first call to the two service technicians who came to fix my door, I had nothing but courteous and timely service, and excellent workmanship.

We have three year old phantom screens on front and back. When we installed new doors the screens weren’t put back properly. The repair was arranged in two days and completed in 30 minutes and now they work great again

Great service starting with the call for the appointment, quick next day appointment, prompt arrival and friendly and fast install. And the phantom screen is great. You can hardly see it and it allows airflow through the full doorway.

Michael was the installer, front door new phantom screen and replaced screen and updated our back door screen which was approx. 17 years old He was most polite and efficient. The product itself is excellent and I would fully recommend these screens.

Screen door was sticking and would not slide properly. The gentleman who came was friendly, fast and efficient. He took apart the casing changed screen and made sure door was working properly. Great job!

The ordering process was efficient and the installation experience excellent with all three doors completed in less than 2 hours. We're very happy with the appearance, functionality. The technician was pleasant and provided a very good orientation on warranty, service and maintenance.

WOW! I've lived in this condo for 13 years with the most amazing view off my back deck that I practically live on for our spring/ summer months. Every year I purchase a velcro screen closure with the worst aesthetic presentation which allows me to keep the door open, but it certainly doesn't keep the bugs out AND I need to replace it annually due to in and out wear and tear. I found Phantom Screens through Suite Outdoors and I couldn't be more delighted! The cost - completely worth it considering the price I pay annually for the velcro make shift screen! Will absolutely keep the bugs out, keeps my cats in and has added to the appearance of my home! Fabulous customer service, provided me with pricing right away, appointment booking quite quickly given the time of year I ordered and they provided me with all the information my condo board required in order to approve the installation. The installation tech was knowledgeable, as I did have quite a few questions, punctual, swift at his craft and as nice as can be - despite him melting in the hot sun on my deck while he installed. Am very excited to be able to keep my patio door open all season - in fact, I had it installed last night and typical Calgary the rain came in and I was able to enjoy the sound and the smell!
