The heat has been unbearable for my condo this summer, and I had heard great things about phantom screens so decided to get one installed. They were very quick about booking me in (within 3 days), with flexible times. The installer was very courteous and efficient, and had the screen installed within 30 mins. I'm very happy with it!

We ran into Phantom screens at the home show in Calgary and were interested in buying a phantom screen for our back door for the summer months. We waited a few months after the show then gave Phatom a call to get a door installed. When I was on the phone with them they were very professional, they communicated all the options and prices to select from so I went ahead and booked a time right then and there. About 2 weeks later a service technician came to our house to install the screen. For those of you who work they have really convenient times in the evening so you can get home in time and don't need to make any special arrangements. The service tech was very friendly, came in and took some measurements (about 10 mins) then off he went to his truck to make the approriate cuts. 20 mins later he was back and installing our new screen door. All in all took about an hour and was very happy with everything. Very professional, organized, and know exactly what they are doing. I would recomment this company to friends and family and would use them again myself as well.

We heard about this company through some friends and called them to install a few screens in our new home. We were given a quote and decided to do the installation that day - the whole process took just over an hour to install two screens. The installer was very personable and was quick to answer questions regarding maintenance, etc. The product works great and we were very happy with our decision to use this company.

Installer was quick, courteous, and efficient. Screen works great! When I had a weird door requiring an install, he was able to work around it. I am planning on using this company again when I move to my new house in december.

We moved into a new home and we wanted phantom screens as the allow for air flow on hot days but didn't want to take away from the look of a front/back door. We were impress with the selection of colours and sizes as well as service we received.

Last year we had our Phantom screen replaced by this company, who we learned about at the Home Expo show in Calgary. The service representative/contracter arrived right on time, was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service, quality and process!!

My patio was put in three years ago. I ended up breaking the screen because i forced it up while there was still ice in the ground and the screen base was stuck to the floor bricks. The service man showed up, re measured, ordered a new screen and a week later my screen was back in place without the rip.

We've had our phantom screen for several years and it functions well. Last year we decided to replace our torn screen and they offered us excellent customer service during the process.
