Furnace & A/C replace

Furnace and Centrail Air Conditioner replacement
I had my 27 year old furnace (Lennox) and central air conditioner (Keeprite) replaced recently by Pacific Home Comfort. From the initial sales call to installation, the technician, Baldwin Consul was professional, knowledgeable and straightforward. He took the time to explain the functions of each of the units, the various options available and, when asked, offered up his recommendation, despite the fact that I was considering a more expensive unit. I was initially sceptical about the recommended Armstrong Air units, but upon researching them, it was comforting to know that Armstrong has a long history and is now owned by Lennox and that there is a corporate effort to build up the brand. I was also reassure by Baldwin's description of the technical aspects of the units. Once the decision was made, it was smooth sailing to fix the installation date and final installation. Baldwin and his crew arrived on time, and completed the job as scheduled. They took extra care to ensure that any damage to existing drywall, etc., was minimal and the finished job left no trace of the work that was done. The installed Armstrong Air units are working well.

Replacement air conditioner
I needed a new air conditioner installed and a few people in my townhouse complex had gone with Pacific Home Comfort, so I decided to give them a call. They were familiar with the type of heating/cooling system in our complex which made me feel like they were a good choice for the job. I was able to get an installation appointment within about a week or so. They came, installed the new unit, removed the old one and cleaned up everything. Great job all around.

Air Conditioner replacement
Very pleased with the replacement Air Conditioner and the work that was done to get it all connected. The technicians were very efficient, tidy, and knowledgeable. Would definitely highly recommend!

HVAC System total replacement
We were recommended to Pacific by a friend. They came in and diagnosed our issue of no A/C quickly. Laid out the options of which given the age of our existing system it made no sense to invest further in it. They were able to arrange replacement equipment, deliver it and install it very rapidly to get us back up and running. Excellent workmanship, cleaned up after themselves and offered a fair and competitive price. Could not be happier!

Furnace and AC
Baldwin an Ronald were awesome tradesmen. They worked extremely hard fabricating the ductwork to fit the small space they had to work with. Both were extremely knowledgeable and diligent. I would recommend having Pacific Home Comfort and Baldwin-Ronald do any work you need done. Very polite and professional.

Air conditioner
We are more than 100% happy with the whole experience of using Pacific Home Comfort Experts and will definitely recommend you to our family and friends. We are grateful that we were referred to your company by our son (you did the installation of his new furnace and air conditioner). Baldwin was an excellent representative for the company! I would definitely use your company again based on the service he provided. He was very professional, did an excellent job, thorough, precise and was punctual. Everything was done to perfection even covering our hardwood floors and stairs.......plus vacuuming after the job was done! Thank you Baldwin!

Air Conditioner replacement
Very professional and very knowledgeable. Came in and had it expertly diagnosed and replaced. We’ve had minor fixes over the years but it was definitely time for a replacement. Old air conditioner just wasn’t keeping up. Replacement works great and we finally have a comfortable house on hot days. The team who came in and did the work were very courteous, knowledgeable and clean. Had everything swapped out and working really quick. Very happy with the overall service and outcome.

Central air conditioner, humidifier, natural gas furnace and fireplace.
Excellent workmanship, incredibly fast availability, and the most outstanding customer service. Baldwin and the team at Pacific Home Comfort installed central air conditioning in our new home and have continued to support us with service and maintenance over the years. We have referred them to family members who have had equally positive experiences and continue to use their services as they move onto new homes. Pacific Home Comfort will always be the first phone call we make for any heating or cooling issues, new installations for future homes, and I will always recommend their services to anyone without a second thought.
