    Furnace, connecting all duct work and test air conditioner

    From start to finish, my experience with Pacific Home Comfort was excellent and outstanding. Delmyra was quick to response to any questions I have, personable communication and great to work with. The installation was quick and seamless, the team left the place clean and spotless. Balwin was extremely knowledgeable and his team remained diligent and professional throughout the process. The team's work was first class and west beyond fixing work from a previous installation of my A/C by another company. I will highly recommend Pacific Home Comfort and his team.

    Furnace replacement

    After 14 years my furnace finally died. After canvasing different companies, I decided to move forward with Pacific Home Comfort Experts. From start to finish, the team was professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to assess my needs and provided me with options without adding any pressure to purchase. The installation was smooth, and the team was extra careful to leave everything spotless when they left. My new furnace is running perfectly, and I can already feel the difference in warmth and efficiency. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done!

    New Air Conditioner

    From the beginning the team at Pacific Home Comfort were friendly, knowledgeable, transparent and accommodating. Our old AC stopped working and we needed to have a new one installed. We worked with Baldwin who really knows his stuff! He gave us recommendations that fit our budget and completed the installation as promised.

    Fantastic!

    From start to finish, my experience working with Pacific Home Comfort was outstanding. Delmyra was personable, communicative, and great to work with. Our installation required maneuvering nearly four flights of stairs from the street, with several twisty turns and bends, presenting quite a challenge. Despite these obstacles, Baldwin and his team remained diligent and professional throughout the entire process. One aspect that stood out to me was Baldwins meticulous craftsmanship. He does great work it showed in the details. This level of care and precision made a significant difference in the final result. Their dedication, expertise, and attention to detail left me thankful I went with them.

    Ductless AC

    Very happy with the result. Clean install looks very nice. Will definitely consider going back to them next summer for more upgrades

    HVAC Solution Experts!

    I can't express enough about how happy I am with my experience from start to finish from Pacific Home Comfort Experts and the thorough consultation and professionalism provided by Baldwin and team. I had used them over 10 years ago to do a complete new HVAC system in a prior home and had an excellent experience so I didn't hesitate to contact them for another complete HVAC solution for our current home and they didn't disappoint! The team arrived promptly and worked efficiently to complete the installation of the combo New Furnace, Air Filter and A/C. They were courteous, respectful of the home, and left the work areas spotless when they finished. The attention to every detail was evident, and the installation process was smooth and hassle-free. Most importantly, the performance of the entire new HVAC system has been outstanding! The system operates quietly and the air quality has more than noticeably improved. I'm loving the newly relocated and installed Smart Thermostat! I highly recommend Pacific Home Comfort Experts to anyone in need of HVAC installation or maintenance. Their expertise, professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly top-notch.

    A/C Unit Replacement

    We had to replace our 30+ year old AC unit and Delmyra was so easy to talk with on the phone to figure out options before even having anyone in the house. She was always quick to respond to any questions and sent an estimate detailing work and parts. Baldwin came to the house first to take measurements and ensure there was nothing in the the house that would be unexpected. The installation itself went smoothly and as planned. Baldwin and the team were respectful, communicative, and very tidy. It is not the first time that they do work in the house and it surely will not be the last.

    New AC

    This company was wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. Quick to reply, work was first class and went beyond fixing work from a previous install by another company. Pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!

    Heat pump install

    Great team and overall work. Walked me through the process and answered all questions clearly. Even suggested a better positioning for the pump in my yard to preserve my curb appeal. I appreciated they care.
