    heating/air conditioning

    Routine Maintenance of rooftop HVAC system. Very knowledgeable and thorough technician. Also installed home A/C system a year ago. Very happy with cost of unit and savings on electricity. Highly recommend Pacific Home Comfort to get the job done right!

    New Air Conditioner

    My entire experience with Pacific Home Comfort has been excellent! Delmyra has been extremely helpful and Baldwin was wonderful to work with. We had an issue with our wiring and he really took the time and initiative to investigate until he found the problem. Will definitely be contacting them again in the future. Would highly recommend!

    Purchase of Furnace and Service Delivery

    We have been pleased with the service provided by Pacific Star especially the excellent service provided by one of their technicians, Baldwin. We purchased a new furnace in Oct. 2015. We arrived at a good decision as to what product and when to replace our furnace through the expertise,honest and helpful advice we received from him. Upon installation, he clearly explained all the important information regarding the product including its energy saving features, warranty and electricity consumption. He also ensured that we received detailed information regarding the mode of payment to the company and the time by which the product and service would be delivered. Truly impressed with Pacific Star’s professionalism and thankful that Baldwin guided us to which product will suit our best needs. We’ll definitely recommend Pacific Star to family and friends.

    New Furnace and AC

    Baldwin and his team were referred to me to replace my very 36 years old furnace. After meeting him, we decided to add AC in as well as his cost was reasonable. They were courteous and professional and walked us through the whole process of the installation. They worked right into the late evening and to get the job done. After installation, Baldwin explained to us how to use the new thermostat and walked us through the completed project and answered any questions we had. Delmyra thoroughly explained to us the paper process and was able to meet to sign the papers as needed even checked up on the rebate paperwork I needed to submit! I was very impressed and will highly recommend and use their service again.

    Furnace repair and maintenance

    Pacific Home Comfort was recommended to us through friends. On the day of appointment, they showed up on time, found the problem causing the issues in both furnaces and did a fantastic job of solving the problems and actually doing small extras, over and above what was expected, taking their service to a higher level. They took the time to explain everything and they left the area spotless! Very courteous and conscientious. I found the bill to be very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend the company to friends.

    HVAC installation (duct work, furnace, A/C)

    I contacted Pacific Home Comfort after being referred by a friend. Baldwin and his Team were very professional and diligent. They even put drop cloth on my old beat up floors before starting! I'm very happy with the team and would highly recommend Pacific Home Comfor to anyone needing HVAC work.

    New central A/C

    Called up Baldwin and Delmyra when our 12 year old a/c stopped working just before Father's Day. Baldwin spent almost an hour on the phone with me that Saturday evening helping me decide on what was the best course of action. After going over about a dozen options, we decided on a new American Standard 3.5 ton unit. They were here 3 days later to do the work. Installers were fast, courteous and ensured all my questions and concerns were dealt with. I will have no hesitation to call them back for any future work or repairs. I did not have to shop around for pricing as they came recommended to me from friends and I know they are very competitive in their pricing. I've since compared to flyers and other sites and I definately got a bargain!

    Heating, air conditioning

    I have used pacific home comfort on each one of our properties. The savings generated by switching to high efficiency products, on the rental properties and our own home, have been great for our bottom line, and the environment. I keep non-traditional business hours but Delmyra is always just one phone call away and Baldwin, will always stay until the job is done. They are excellent, professional, and courteous.

    Install new residential hot water heater

    My 12 year hot water heater broke down late in the evening and after one night without hot water, I was anxious to get a new heater installed the next day. Luckily, I found Pacific Home Comfort Experts who exceeded my expectations in all respects. Starting with my first contact with the front office, I was treated like a valued customer from start to finish. The crew boss provided valuable technical guidance and was a pleasure to deal with. The installers were punctual, professional, polite and respectful. They were very efficient and the installation was first rate. In summary, Pacific Home Comfort Experts provided excellent service at a fair price. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Fred, Roderick and Baldwin.

    New High Efficiency Gas Furnace

    Pacific did an excellent job of selecting and installing a new high efficiency gas furnace for our townhome. The venting was a problem, and Baldwin spent a lot of time doing research on possible venting options to minimize the impact on our usable interior space. The job was completed cost effectively, timely, and the quality of the work was excellent. Great job!
