Rainbow had done our roof 15 yeas ago. The shingles installed at that time did not live up to their life-expectancy, but after talking with Reid, we decided not to pursue the IKO warranty and we chose a better product with a 50 year transferable warranty. The workers were polite and VERY thorough each day cleaning up. Ann in the off ice was helpful and caring. Reid seemed very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Rain delay aside, the roof was installed quickly once we confirmed. Very happy...I'll let you know in 50 years though how these shingles lasted.

I wanted to re-shingle my semi .I contacted 4 companies .Rainbow was the first to show and give me a complete quote and info on warranty and best shingles . The second was way over priced and no choice of shingles . The other 2 big players were no show. I had Rainbow once before. They were perfect both times. I was worried not getting it done this year but all for not. Work was done perfect.

We had our new roof installed by Rainbow Roofers early spring 2015. Their estimate was most complete and very competitive. We found their booklet professional and notably informative. I was also impressed that RR were certified installers for the shingles we had chosen. I must admit I was extremely indecisive with my colour choice but Ann was patient and helpful, providing us with many colour boards ( many times ).Ann explained how and when the work would start and be completed and this happened right on schedule. Al's crew arrived early and stayed late until until the job was finished. They were courteous, hard working and polite. The clean up job was meticulous and thorough - not a nail to be found ! I would highly recommend Rainbow Roofers and have done so already .

I had a quote from another company who never showed up to do the work. Rainbow was able to quote, schedule and complete the work for me in less than a week. Incredibly impressed! their quote was less than the first one and the work was truly first class. thank you!

A big thank you to Rainbow roofing for doing a timely excellent work and a clean job. The new roof on the house and the garage looks great. It was a great surprise to see two of the crew member showing up a ½ day early. Their head start made it possible for the work to be finished by the end of the next day for the work required additional effort for trimming the overhang and removal of a second layer of old shingles over garage roof. I appreciated responsive communication with Ms. Ann at the office and my family appreciated that unlike many contractors the crew managed their own necessities and did not use our washroom.

We had Rainbow Roofing install Owens Corning architectural shingles on two homes. One townhouse and a single family home. We got quotes from many roofing companies. After talking to many different companies we decided on Rainbow. They came recommended and the price was competitive. We had two houses done with them (rental properties) and we're very satisfied with the experience. Once booked they gave us proper notice before arriving (to provide to the tenants) did the work quickly, cleanly and as planned. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends (and we already have). Doing a roof is not the most rewarding expense to incur!! At least with rainbow it was 100% trouble free and I look forward to not thinking about the roofs for a looong time!

All I can say is that this company is top notch. They made the process of getting a new roof so very easy! I was looking to get our home re-shingled as it badly needed to be done. I had to do my homework so I contacted several roofing companies and received various quotes. I decided to go with Rainbow Roofing after hearing that my brother in-law and a few people from work had Rainbow do their roofs and were very pleased with the results. The quote was very competitive ( not the lowest or the highest) but I was very impressed by the presentation package the quote came in. Who does that ? Unbelievable. I did my homework like I stated and read a lot about what makes a 'solid' roof. Listen, shingles are shingles, the ice shield, the resistor synthetic underlayment, the maxi vents and whatever else your roof needs are just that, roofing products. It's HOW they're installed and WHO installs them which makes the greatest difference. Rainbow Roofing IS that difference. Our new roof looks fantastic and the crew ( Noel, Steve and the rest of the lads) that did the removal of the old shingles and the installation of the new shingles were detailed and diligent. Another thing that makes me extremely happy that I chose this company-- is the fact that they were "in and out" in a couple of days. They cleaned up my yard/driveway beautifully and cleaned up so well around the property that you wouldn't even know that a roofing job was just completed ! What can I say that hasn't been said already in every other review of this company's performance? The positive reviews speaks volumes about what this company is all about. We are thrilled with our new roof and the ease of the entire process. The front office , consisting of Jenn and the owners, Ann and Reid, were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. They constantly kept me in the loop right from the get-go. With all of this being said, I highly recommend Rainbow Roofing.... so much so that I selected them to re-shingle my mom's home a week after they did mine ! Her home was in dire need of a new roof as a leak had begun in one of the bedrooms on the top floor. They were able to quickly put her on a 'priority list' and within a day contacted me to let me know they were dropping off samples of the shingles and that as soon as we selected the type of shingle and colour, they would immediately put the order in. Without a missing a beat, we were informed that my moms house would be done within a few days. It was, and again we, or should I say she, couldn't be happier! If we could give this company 10 stars we sure would! Thank you for a fantastic job...errr... I mean 2 fantastic jobs !!

We had our roof replaced by Rainbow July 13, 2015. Everything was perfect from the first contact to the end result of the work. The crew was extremely efficient, polite and respectful of our home. They made it a priority to protect all the decks, the gazebo and the gardens. We could not have asked for a better more professional job. Their price was fair and competitive and was worth every penny. If you are looking for the best company to take care of your roofing needs, save yourself the time and look no further then Rainbow.

Great service. New roof was installed & cleanup was done very professionally. They came always very early to start the work, completed in 2 days, they also provided samples to help choose the roof color before work started. Very satisfied with the service from Rainbow roofing.
