I had requested Rainbow Roofing to pop by my home at their convenience, when they had someone in the neighborhood, just to do a quick roof inspection and fasten a couple of areas I noticed the nails seemed to have popped up from. At no charge they came within a few days and even cleaned out my troughs while they were at it. They always go beyond expectations.

This is the second time that we have hired Rainbow Roofing and as the first time, we are very satisfied with the service. The price was competitive if not slightly under. The office staff, which are the owners, are very attentive. We recommend and we use again without hesitation.

The office was always quick to respond to any queries and once the installation date was scheduled, they were there as planned. The crew were courteous, professional and did a great job! When our little kids were within site, the crew would notice and would take extra precaution to make sure it was safe to get in or out of the house. After the work was completed, they cleaned up thoroughly and left the place in the same state it was before the job. The office handled all details with the warranty and so there wasn't anything for us to worry about on that front. All in all, great job, great customer service and great price.

When you get a roof done you want 3 things. Good price, good quality product and good labour to do the work. Rainbow provided all of this and more. Roofing is generally the same products and the delta is the labour. The guys that did the work are really good at what they do and clean up was very good every day. Installed a new roof for our single family home. I spoke directly with the owner of the company. He was professional and answered all of my questions. Our roof was damaged during a wind storm, and it was repaired by the insurance company, this was during the winter. Our roof was installed the following year in the spring. The only issue was timing of our project, due to weather and the company's schedule. Once the project was started, it was completed in a timely manner.

We liked the fact that this company is owner-operated and that the employees work directly for Rainbow. Their pricing was quite competitive in the range and their presentation to us was very open and professional. When we had additional questions, they took the time to revisit in person and go over the details for another 90 minutes. The crew and the foreman in particular (Noel) were excellent and answered questions on the fly as they occurred. They came on time, worked according to the agreed schedule, and were gone within 2 days with the site completely tidied. There was follow-up by the foreman the day after to make sure the job had been completed appropriately in all its various aspects. The roof looks great, and we are very pleased with the results, the warranty and the guarantee on workmanship. Really, you cannot ask for much more than this: professional work, open lines of communication, and follow-up. We'd recommend Rainbow to anyone.
