I would like to thank Gerry for the incredible work he did on his own in 4 days on our condo bathroom. although there were a couple of glitches throughout the process I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Unfortunately the specific terms of the contract caused some headaches but overall the Home Improvement People provided a great contractor to come perform the work

To The Home Improvement People Inc. Ben The two bathrooms were completed at our house on Tuesday, May 17th, much sooner than we anticipated. We want you to know that we were very pleased with the work done through The Home Improvement People and we feel we received good value for the price. We found Niki to be very professional and knowledgeable. With her assistance in choosing the accessories for the upstairs bathroom and the tiles used for both rooms she lightened the load as we prepared for our projects. Sil at Tubs was also very helpful as was Haydee anytime I asked for her help. With Gerhard’s suggestions and expertise we ended up with a much nicer laundry room and basement bathroom than we planned. The young men in his crew are very skilled and most accommodating. Hello Dan It is with a most grateful heart that I am writing to you today. I want to inform you of the excellent service that Elia and his team provided us in our basement renovation. Elia and his entire crew were friendly, courteous and extremely professional. The job was done on time and the quality of the workmanship was impeccable. Everyone who entered my home treated it as such. While the dust and dirt was unavoidable as it spread from the basement to my home, each crew member always removed their shoes upon entering, even when I told them not to bother. That shows me how respectful your crew is of other peoples property and it should not go unnoticed. The team was very approachable and always helpful in answering my many questions. Elia made sure he was always available to answer my questions, no matter how early I phoned him. Our experience using this company was fantastic. Elia gave us a reasonable quote (for labour, we had some fixtures already and were purchasing the others), and Mike organized and communicated all steps of the process promptly and professionally. Rocco and his team were great, really nice to have in the house and paid great attention to detail, leaving our home neat and tidy even with such a big job. I would recommend the company to anyone after our experience with this team. Thank you Mike and Rocco for such a great job!

We have recently had a basement reno completed by the Home Improvement People. Our initial meeting with Elia convinced us that we had made the correct decision in contacting them. He was always quick to reply to our emails and made himself available to us even on a Saturday afternoon when additional drawings were needed for the permit. Frank, Bruno and the entire crew were very professional and patient with our many questions and phone calls. We have no doubt that the remaining touch up issues will be handled in the same manner. Dear Dan, Re: Renovations As you know, your wonderful crew completed the renovations of my room downstairs, including the installation of a new 2-piece bathroom, last Thursday and I just wanted you to know how thrilled and excited I am about the results! I was so impressed and pleased that virtually every day your people arrived at the promised time, and they set to work quickly, efficiently, and did a greatjob in a very professional manner. They were without exception top-notch at whatever they came to do, and did it to perfection. I was also grateful that the debris was cleared away quickly at all times, given that the weather was cold and miserable many days. Your company is blessed to have this caliber of people working with you and they clearly enjoy being part of your organization as well, which shows in their work. Nando - the Painting was done to perfection, he is truly an artist and takes pride in his work. Most of all, your greatest asset in your organization without question is Eli (Elia Touma)who has the exceptional ability to coordinate the trades so that the job went unbelievably smoothly and on time, and it’s clear that your crews have the highest respect for him. At all times Eli kept in touch with me to keep me informed at each step along the way, and if I had any questions Eli was quick to get back to me immediately with the answers I needed. In all my years in business I have never met someone so highly organized and I recognize that the job was able to be completed even earlier than was originally estimated because of him. My friends who knew I was having this work done are so impressed with the speed at which the work was completed, and the ones who have come over so far are knocked out with the results. I think some of them who have contemplated having some work done in the past are now thinking about it again, and I will not hesitate to highly recommend your company to do the job. Thanks again for your patience in allowing me to initially postpone the starting date, which was very much appreciated. I had The Home Improvement People remove my main floor tiling and install new heated floors and tile. They did a super job and were very clean, courteous and respectful. I would recommend them to anybody in need of home reno's. Thanks guys.

I own a rental property that hasn't had work done in it for over 25 years. I called the Home Improvement People after hearing about them through friends. They exceeded all my expectations. The job was done professionally, on time, clean, and excellent materials and craftsmen were used. Thanks Dan, Larry, Gerhard, and Ozzie for all your hardwork and for all the coffees. Looking forward to my next project.

This note is long overdue. In August, we had a closet built into our master bedroom by The Home Improvement People. We are so pleased with the way it turned out - it looks as though it was always there! We were thrilled with the professionalism and kindness of all the trades people who seamlessly came in to do their particular area of specialization. They all worked neatly and showed respect for the rest of the house as well which was not easy as all supplies and tools had to be carried up to the third floor! I would definitely use your company again and would recommend you to any home owner friends or family. Thank you!
