    Window Installation

    A crew from Longlife Windows installed new windows in our home last year. We were very pleased with their professionalism, efficiency and cheerfulness. What a difference it was to the experience we had with the crew from a different company that installed windows in other rooms the year before. We have had our new windows now for a little over a year and find that the they have helped to keep our home cooler in the summer and saved heating costs during the winter. We feel confident to recommend Longlife Windows to home owners considering replacing windows in their home. P. (Lions Bay)

    Great Product and Even Better Staff

    Our experience with the company was wonderful. The windows are beautiful, sturdy and open easily. (Even our neighbours have commented on them. One immediate neighbour is now using them.) Customer service has also been great. There was a scratch on one of the windows that the installers noticed and reported and that window was soon replaced at no charge. However one of the best parts was the installation. Our family was unexpectedly away when Josh and his crew came to install the windows. We returned at midnight that night to find new windows installed, and no trace that the crew had been there. Plus, they had to remove our window coverings to get at the windows and they even replaced them for us! We came home tired and expecting to have to put the house back together and there was nothing for us to do! the whole place looked great! Thanks! I recommend Long Life Windows and their employees without reservation.

    20 Windows Replaced

    Were very pleased with LongLife's product and service. The installation crew of Josh, Alice, Curtis and Peter did an amazing job. Nothing was too much trouble and they took time to get it right for us. We would have no hesitation in recommend this company. The garden window which was fitted turned out great. Other companies that quoted us were scared to touch this but Longlife knew where to source a reliable product.

    Replacement Windows

    We had approximately 2/3 of the windows in our home replaced about 5 years ago and recently decided to finish off the last 1/3 of them this year. We used Long Life both times and are very happy we did. The first time we obtained 3 quotes and, although Long Life wasn’t the lowest, the process and people we dealt with just gave us the confidence they were the right ones to go with. For the second group of windows, we didn’t even bother to get another quote and went straight to Long Life. Both installations, including the recent one while COVID 19 was underway, went seamlessly. Their installers are supremely professional and left our home, inside and out, spotless after completing the work. We have had no issues with the windows from 5 years ago or the new ones this year and have frequently recommended Long Life to our relatives, friends and neighbors.

    Replacement windows

    We just had 19 beautiful LongLife windows installed and we are thrilled with the results. Our house is a little unique so we didn’t want to change the character of our home. So making the decision to change the style and keep the character was a little worrisome. They managed to update the style and still keep the charm. It’s hard to explain the confidence we had once we met the installation crew. Josh, Alice, Peter and Curtis were amazing. We felt like we could depend on them to make the right decisions regarding the detailed trim work. Job well done. Best crew ever!!!! We actually never had to get any other estimates for the windows because when we look out our front door we see 6 houses on our street that have LongLife windows already installed. They look beautiful and they are all happy with their windows so it was a no brainer who we would choose. Now there are 7 houses on our street with LongLife windows. The work ethic of Josh and his crew was outstanding. That says a lot for your company Many thanks Dianne and John We never had to get quotes for other window companies since when we look out our front door there are 6 houses on our street with LongLife windows, so it was a no brainer. Everyone loves them. Very pleased with our decision. Now there are 7 homes with LongLife windows on our street. The work ethic of Josh and his crew is outstanding, sure says a lot about your company.     The best Window replacement company

    So I had 6 quotes about two years ago for our home to replace all our windows. Long Life being one of them. To make a long story short it was THE BEST decision we ever made. They weren't the cheapest but they were the best for sure hands down! The owner came to measure almost immediately, listened to all concerns due to previous issues from vendors and assured me he would put his best and most experienced team on our home to do the project and he did. They did a beautiful job and everyone in the neighbourhood was knocking on our door wanting their number. Since then I had a tiny warranty issue on one window and made a simple call, the owner simply said " no problem", a email was sent and wheels were in motion and two men came yesterday and 10 minutes and I mean 10 min literally! it was replaced. They were so professional, courteous, and amazing! Truly, don't look anywhere else, these guys are amazing and have the reputation for a reason. Also there administration staff in Burnaby is amazing when I went to have my screens fixed. Thank you Zooey and staff. I have already handed out a bunch more of your business cards you gave me. THE BEST WINDOW COMPANY!!!!!! Like Share

    New windows in Langley BC

    We decided to upgrade our windows because of the limited travel opportunities this year. It was something we have wanted to do for many years but couldn't afford it. After gathering three quotes, we decided on Long Life Windows and Doors for their track record, competitive quote, high-quality product, and proposed installation method. Some companies keep their estimates low by compromising installation quality, but Long Life focuses on durability and workmanship. Long Life kept us informed about availability and was happy to accommodate our schedule. Their crew arrived on time and kept us apprised as work proceeded. They were a very professional and pleasant group of young fellows. They even had us join them for a bite of their barbecue roast when they finished the job a few days later! I can't promise you a barbecue, but my wife and I are delighted with our decision to choose Long Life Windows and Doors. I highly recommend them.

    Patio Door Replacement

    We received excellent service from Long Life Windows and would recommend them to anyone. Paul was very helpful with suggestions and the installation crew, Josh, Alice, Curtis and Peter were very professional. They went above and beyond our expectations. Nice friendly crew and everything was cleaned up when they were finished.

    Very Satisfied/Great Install Crew

    We had all the windows and doors replaced in our home. Andrew and his install crew did a great job! They were friendly, accommodating, hard working and easy to share our home with. The installers cleaned up after themselves and accommodated all our inquiries. At Paul's suggestion we changed the style of a few of our windows and are very happy we did. It was a pleasure doing business with Long Life!
