Overall, the experience of getting new windows was very good. We did our research. Vinyltek windows are, without doubt, superior to anything else on the market. Kris is personable and responsive. He was very effective in demonstrating possibilities and the final product by bringing window samples to our initial home meeting. The installers Rick and Preston were great: highly skilled and highly professional. The only «snags» in the service involved some of our email correspondence/communication with Kris respecting the finalization of design drawings. A times, the emails from Kris were not as clear as they could have been. The process of finalizing the drawings could have gone smoother with better written communication skills and organization. However, on the phone, Kris was quick to clarify matters, was always accessible, and was easy to deal with. We are very happy with Longlife and Vinyltek and would recommend your services to others.Answer from pro:

I am very satisfied with the Vinyltek windows and Long Life. Randy & Corey did excellent work installing the windows and reinstalling my security bars. Peter Wright was patient, took the time to explain things and was a pleasure to deal with. <br><br>The one concern that I have is with the condensation that appears on the windows now that the weather is getting cold. One window in particular, gets a lot of condensation on the outside, beginning in the evenings and lasting until late morning. This window is in the master bedroom facing north. Also, there is noticable water along the lower edges of that window on the inside. One the west facing kitchen windows also tends to fog up a lot from the outside. I would like to know if why that's happening and if something can be done about this.<br><br>Thanks.<br>Answer from pro:

After over 23 years in window Business , have ofcourse have had several customers who have had similar window conditions after upgrading their windows.There are some very good resources available that we could send your way, they are also on the BC Hydro Website. It is not the 'Fault' of the windows or the Installation but rather the 'Humidty levels, ventalation issues, and other conditions to do with living Habits of Residents. Please read the information as it is most informative, and after being trained in Ventaltion by BC Hydro , feel I can offer some help, so call me to go over this, and will continue to be of Help..
