    Window replacement

    Josh, Alice, Peter and Curtis arrived promptly and worked efficiently. They did an absolutely wonderful job of installing our 5 new windows and tidied up after themselves. They were all very professional and friendly. They also took great care to protect my garden. Thank you all so very much for your great service. I would recommend you without question.

    Home Replacement of all Windows

    Long life provided prompt quotation and service . Josh and his crew were on time every day and did excellent work. We replaced 27 aluminum double pane windows and 1 patio door with the latest Vinyltek product with a lifetime warranty. My wife and I are very happy with the service and installation of our windows and would not hesitate to recommend Long Life to others.

    Complete home window package, renovation

    Longlife replaced all the old single pane windows in our home about 2 years ago, and we are very happy with them. The crew that did the work was fantastic, matching the exterior trim perfectly with a picture window that was staying. I've had many reno crews on site over the years and these guys were the best. The windows themselves are excellent.

    Longlife is the best - amazing guarantee and value

    We live in a Vancouver special and after doing a lot of research, had Kris and the team at Longlife change our windows, add wide border trims and replace the front door. The service we received was top notch, starting with our initial contact. The products are superior to none and we would highly recommend the company.

    New Windows and Doors, Very clean results

    Great team and excellent results, family orientated business that cares about their employees. Installers were friendly and happy and cleaned up afterwards, treated my house like theirs. Very clear glass

    Workmanship and installation top of the line

    We had Long Life install windows on the back of our house 12 years ago. They did an amazing job and we still love the windows. They have a lifetime warranty and it's very easy to have them fix something (not always easy with companies). We had a small issue with one window crank a few years back and they had Vinyltek there within a week to fix it, no problem. So when we were looking to replace the front windows we got a quote from them. There price was comparable to another higher quality company we go to quote, so we decided to go with them again, since our last experience was so good. These windows were more difficult to deal than the back ones were, but they did a fantastic job once again. The installation crew were courteous, clean and fast. I would highly recommend Long Life for any window needs.

    New cut in window and replacement patio door

    Excellent product and service from start to finish! Great communication with Paul and Kris regarding product and timing of delivery. With COvid they were respectable of us and their staff and still accommodate our request. Randy and Corey worked efficiently, did a great install and cleaned up afterwards, no mess. Super happy!

    Highly recommend

    I am happy to recommend Long Life. We needed all the windows in our house replaced (15 in total). Plus the sliding glass door to our back deck. We interviewed 6 companies in total. Our sales rep at Long Life was the owner of the company. We decided to hire Long Life because the sales process was excellent, because we really liked the Vinyltek windows being offered, and because we wanted excellent craftsmanship during the install. We spent a lot of time talking to different companies, visiting different showrooms, examining the products being offered and doing online research. Vinyltek is not the cheapest product, but since this was going to be a disruptive experience for us we wanted something that would last a very long time. On their first visit to our house Long Life immediately put us at ease. They had already inspected the house before the meeting. They were well prepared and knowledgeable. Most importantly they listened. It was not a sales pitch. They were focused on giving us exactly the solution we needed and made several changes to the specifications before we were happy. Types of trim, types of openings, and types of glass were all adjusted to suite our evolving needs. The install process was impressive. The team was extremely efficient, worked hard and knew exactly what they were doing. The level of craftsmanship was excellent. Window renovations are not a simple task. In order for the end solution to be perfect there needs to be very high attention to detail. Long Life delivered. It took them about 4 days to install and finish 15 windows and the door. The foreman was very good. In addition to managing a several people and a complex process, he was good at answering our questions and adjusting the finishing work to our needs. His team were all professional, friendly and took care of our possessions and furnishings. The finishing work was perfect and we were pleased with the end result. They also did the windows in our basement suite which was occupied by tenants at the time and there were no complaints at all from our tenants. We have enjoyed our new windows tremendously. Vinyltek is a good manufacturer. Both Vinyltek and Long Life provide excellent post-install customer service. 6 months later we are still very happy and feel we made a good decision to go with Long Life and Vinyltek.

    Satisfied Customer

    Professional, helpful, friendly staff. Our new, sturdy windows look nice, inside and out. Fair price for the quality. Definitely recommend getting a quote and visiting their showroom. Our new front door works well and looks great!

    All Windows Replaced

    Overall, our experience with Long Life was very positive. Kris, the sales rep was friendly and professional, as well as clear and articulate when it came time to explain things. The foreman who visited to take measurements before the installation was punctual and also very clear in his explanations. Finally, the installation crew was also punctual and professional. They were tidy and did the job in half the estimated time (one day instead of two), and at the end of the job took time to explain a few details. The only negative is that the "caps" -------a cosmetic vinyl panel that snaps into the inside of the frame to cover screws broke during installation. The foreman explained that in the last few months this has been happening and thinks the material seems to be more brittle and less flexible, resulting in these occasional breaks. Unfortunately, Long Life doesn't handle replacing these-----it's up to the manufacturer, Vinyltek.
