Replaced all windows (19) plus 2 doors and 1 sliding door in the house. Drastically made a huge difference to our home - no more leaky drafts, feels more warm inside (definite plus in reducing the heating bill). Bernard and his team - Sean, Shawn, Christian installed everything perfectly and professionally. In addition Paul gave knowledgeable, helpful, expert advice - any problems that arise Paul always has a solution. Replaced 12 windows in our post and beam house which were previously single pane including 4x8 sealed units and large awning style opening units. Incredible difference in comfort. Had many failed attempts to get this door replacement with other companies but when I called Long Life, tPaul was there there in 2 days to measure and quote the work. They had to custom make it and once ready Josh installed it perfectly. It used to leak at the baseplate when it rained and that has been completely fixed. Thanks for the great work Paul and Josh!!

The project went smoothly and the windows make a big difference in reducing noise as well as keeping the house warm. I no longer have wet windows that have to be constantly cleaned for mould. The three sliding glass doors are so smooth and have easy to use lock. Long Life Windows did a great job of finishing and framing on the inside. There were no hassles.

We made a few phone inquiries regarding window replacement. We got three quotes and talked about replacement details that may damage my current renovation with different companies. Though the other quotes are cheaper, I still decided to use Long Life Windows after comparing frame structures, warranty and minimal impact with my current renovations. In our decision making process, we went to Long Life Show Room at Boundary. Paul Sanders showed us the products and answered our questions in detail. He was very nice and patient in help us adjust windows styles before send it to factory. Barnard and Team installed all material quickly and professionally with very well finishing touches. One thing I’d like to emphases here is Long Life Windows excellent warranty service. There was a little bit scratch on glass of kitchen window. After I reported, it got replaced immediately. We feel quieter and confortable than my old windows. It keeps our home cooler in summer time too. I would call them again when we need. I would recommend to other customers. I had every window in my house replaced by LongLife. My experience with every member of the team was exceptional. Paul was an excellent introduction to the company. He was helpful, gave good advice, and listened to my needs. The installation team were at my house for 2 days. Led by Josh the team was careful when inside the house, and respectful as they came and went. They were always on time well organized and efficient. They worked hard all day hardly stopping for lunch. They were like a well oiled machine helping each other and ensuring every detail was attended to. I was very happy with the excellent job they did of cleaning up. I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding job that they did. I would highly recommend them.
