Excellent carpenters used to measure-up windows prior to installation and for the installation itself. Nice quality windows with minor defects corrected by Vinyltek technicians very soon ofter installation. Friendly and punctual services organized by Longlife salesman.

I was recommended by a friend to contact Long Life. Trusting his judgement I didn't even get another competitive quote. From the time I contacted Paul until the job was complete, I was very impressed with both the service and quality of workmanship that I found dealing with Long Life. Bernard's team of installers were just fantastic, they cleaned up after each day which made the mess a little easier to handle. Strongly recommend anyone looking to replace doors and windows for a house renovation project to go with Long Life. On a snowy cold day like we have here today, no more sweaty, drafty windows- sure can appreciate that now!

We first went to Long Life in August of 2011. We left with a favourable opinion of LL, but went on to do another whole year's worth of research on different kinds of windows and installation companies. Exactly one year later, we settled on LL and are confident that we made the right decision. At no point during the process did we feel pressured; Paul was incredibly patient throughout the decision making parts as we went back and forth a million times with different styles and sizes. Bernard and his crew did the installation work and we were equally pleased. Bernard explained exactly what would happen in detail for us and was very open to us visiting them on another job site so we could see things for ourselves. When the work commenced, they showed up, worked hard, were pleasant to be around, and left the work site incredibly clean. He runs a tight ship and two months after installation, we continue to be fully satisfied with both the company and installers.

The crew lead by Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. They ensured that the inside of the house was protected from debris. They removed the old windows with no damage whatsoever to the inside or outside walls. The inside window finishing was exactly what had been agreed to and entailed some pretty intricate carpentry work. The crew worked right through until the job was completed and when they left you would never have known they were there. Cost of the job actually came in under quote when it was discovered that less work was required. Sherry did an excellent job in providing the quote and informing the crew.

Any renovation in an older home can easily be full of costly surprises but that was not the case when Long Life replaced our basement windows. Peter spent time with us in our home explaining the product and answering all our questions. In the showroom, Kris pointed out all the options and features of the product. Rick spent time measuring carefully especially important with an older home with few right angles and no two windows alike! Rick and his crew (Ed and Preston) were great; the installation was very slick and was completed ahead of time. We love the results and especially appreciated the care with clean-up. We can't believe that our 80 year-old windows have been replaced without changing any of the interior or exterior trim and with only minor touch-up painting required. All original aluminum windows were upgraded to meet our wishes. Longlife was efficient, respectful and of the highest standard. Installers Randy and Corey were professional, courteous, and prepared for the unforeseen. We got what we wanted on time.

I was very impressed with the team of Randy and Corey from Long Life. Randy the lead hand was absolutely a pleasure to deal with as was Corey. They put in long hours and even sacrificed their Saturday to complete the work so that we wouldn't have to take additional days off from work. This team was on time, very respectful and answered any questions we had along the way. I am so very happy with our new windows Everything was explained to the minor details by the salesperson Blaine beforehand and there were no surprises. Hi Peter. We have been enjoying our new windows for about three months. The comfort in our home is an extreme difference for the better. The infloor heating no longer makes the floors hot to keep the house comfortable. There are no draughts, period. The appearance factor with the "stained" vinyl is marvellous. Visitors and friends all feel the sashes when we tell them that it isn't wood, but a treated vinyl. The installation crew was truly professional in all aspects of their tasks, including taking care of exterior plantings and gardens, and respecting the homes interior/furnishings. We are fortunate to have found a business which cares about its customers.

My husband and I are so happy and glad that we hired Long Life for our window replacements. Not just the quality of the product but the service that we received were just superb!
