Our home is 62 years old. It was renovated 30 years ago and the existing windows allowed too much energy transfer and way too much noise! We thought about upgrading for a few years - it seemed like everyone in our neighbourhood was doing it. We went to the BC Home & Garden Show and were inundated with what seemed like dozens of companies vying for our business. We did our due diligence and made a short list of three companies of varying cost ranges. We're extremely glad we chose Long Life. - Our window specialist Paul guided us through the process and helped us choose windows that complement the aesthetics of our home and he researched a cost-effective solution to our noisy neighbourhood issues. - Bernard and his installation team were quick, efficient, friendly and totally professional. They customized our front windows with wood trim to bring back the period look of our home - it turned out great. - We were glad we chose a Canadian company supplying a Canadian product. We highly recommend Long Life and have already talked to them about a future renovation project.

The co-op ownership of my building hired Longlife to complete our partial window upgrade of the Vinyltek product. I had mine own windows replaced with Vinyltek sliders in 2008, so i presented the product to complete the building including some very large units in stairwells. Kris and his team maneuvered through the rain and multiple owners to completion and the satisfaction of all. The street noise and heat retention/reflection has made an amazing difference in our common hallways and I am sure, brightened the lives of the shareholdership. Product was ready ahead of time, installation scheduled and any small issues were corrected at no additional cost.

Long Life installed windows for the entire house in a 2 day period. The team of workers were efficient,professional,very organized and excellent workers. They knew how to troubleshoot if there was an unexpected problem;they were excellent at clean up on the job site and made sure I was aware of what was taking place . What Long Life says they will do happens to your full satisfaction.I would not hesitate to recommend them .

We had vinyl windows installed and are extremely happy with the windows and how they were installed. They matched the pattern on our old leaded glass windows and the windows look just like our old wood windows. They were also able to match the trim colour. The installers were very friendly and professional and the crew was large enough that the windows were installed quite quickly.

We had Long Life install a beautiful leaded glass window in our bathroom above the bath. It had to be custom coloured on the inside and have a wood tone to match our cedar siding on the outside. They did a superb job with excellent communications on the status of the window and, when the time came to install the installer was prompt and very professional. We were concerned about potential leakage being in the bath area but seeing the quality of the workmanship we are now very pleased with the result.

The windows & door were replaced last August & I must thank Long Life Windows & Door for their service and quality work. I am very demanding & this company meets my requirements. Paul, the sales representative, knew the products extremely well & helped me to choose the right style. Bernard & his crew did an excellent job - efficient, super-clean & the installation was well-done. I highly recommend Long Life Windows.

Long Life was recommended to us by a friend! They sent the salesman Kris to our house and he gave us introductions and told us about all the details that we need to know. We have a semi-round shape sitting area , where 6 long shape windows needed to be replaced into Vinyltec windows . We were impressed that the crew changed the windows carefully and rapidly . Everything went exactly as promised and their follow-up was great We feel comfortable that the quality of the Vinyltec windows and the workmanship were at a high level .
