Installer Bernard and his team are the most professional team that I ever see.They are friendly and helpful.Moreover Salesman Paul also gave us a lot of information with no pressure .I highly recommend to the one with quality of work and quality of product.I am lucky to find this company on homestars.

We decided it was time to replace all the windows and sliding doors in our home. We had several firms provide a quote, and selected Long life windows and doors. Paul (the sales representative) was very knowledgeable and was very easy to deal with as we worked through the final selection and options we chose for the house (including some changes that really improved the look of our home). The crew (led by Josh) did a great job over the 3 days of the installation. I could tell that Josh was very focussed on the overall quality of the installation (at 5pm - he even had someone get the ladder back out for one last touch up!). In addition to the warmth and 'curb appeal' of the finished product - we really love the quiet. Thanks to the Long life team for a great install.

First - we LOVE OUR NEW WINDOWS! I met with Blaine from Long Life to get a quote on replacing all of our windows and doors. This was a big job and we brought in several vendors to compare price and service. Without question, we chose Long Life because of the quality of service, installation and product. Blaine was exceptional in explaining the process and purchase. He was always responsive to our questions and needs. The windows arrived early, and we were thrilled at the installation! The crew was clean, professional and finished ahead of schedule! We love the new windows and doors work perfectly. We bought a 31 year old house that was in real need of a FULL renovation. We wanted to live in this house for a long time, so we wanted quality work done. Upon recommendation and glowing reviews, we decided to choose Long Life to replace 16 windows and install double French doors. We were not disappointed. Paul was excellent in showing us the product and helping us choose a solution that would fit within our budget. The installation crew was quick, friendly, and professional. Finally, as expected, the Vinyltek product is absolutely first class. We will definitely work with them again if we need windows in the future, and highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with our Long Life installation of windows and sliding doors. Bernard, Shawn and Devon demonstrated professionalism and skill in their approach to their work. In addition to their skilled craftsmanship, their ability to work in less than ideal conditions (it both rained and snowed over the course of the installation) was also admirable. With a polite and respectful approach to customer service, this crews care in the installation process and respect of the work space was also greatly appreciated. My parents house is located on a corner lot with beautiful views of both city and mountains in east Vancouver. My father who has passed on built this home back in 1971 and has never been upgraded since. I wanted to give my mom a special gift of appreciation and affection by remodeling the entire house. For the window replacement I researched and visited with approximately 10 different suppliers. My mom and I found Paul sanders from Longlife windows and doors to be the most honest and charasmatic person with the best product in vinyltek!!!! I can't say enough good things about the installation crew that came to the house, they were clean, respectful, accommodating , and their workmanship was 10/10!!!!! I have recommended and bragged to all my friends, family, and work colleges about Longlife and would use them again!!!!

Paul did a good job of letting us know our options on styles and installation options that were available to us . Bernard, Shawn, and Devon had the knowledge and experience to do a fast (one day) job, and still had a finished job that looks perfect . The Vinyltek windows impressed us with the features and quality of the windows which have really cut down on outside noise and come winter there will be a noticeable difference in the interior comfort of the house .

We highly recommend Long Life Windows and would use them again. Their professional sales person understood our needs and helped us select the most cost-effective, quality windows to replace 6 windows in our 1925 character home. Long Life's installers are experienced and very good at what they do. The 6 old windows/casings were removed and the news ones installed within a couple of hours. The disruption was minimal and they took great care not to damage our home.
