    New Windows and Doors

    We have had the pleasure of having Josh, Curtis, Shane and Victoria install windows and doors in our house this week and I wanted to let you know how extremely pleased we are with the results. Josh and his team have worked so hard and done such a precise and careful job - they have treated our house like their own, and we are very appreciative. Thank you!

    Windows and Doors

    I had replacement windows and doors done on my house by Long Life over fifteen years ago. Recently we noticed that there was a lot of wind blowing through by the window sills in the windows in our living room.. I thought I'd would phone the company to see if they would stand behind their warranty. I was surprised to find they still had the same phone number. They sent out Rick to take a look and he fixed the problem for us right away. He also said the next time he is in the area he would drop off some weather stripping for our front door. He was very professional and courteous. We noticed during this very windy weekend that there was no more wind coming through the windows! I have enjoyed my windows since installation and to me they still seem brand new!!

    Replace all original windows and enlarge kitchen windows to enhance natural light.

    It seems right from the get go that we had made a good decision to go with Long Life Windows.We were in a unique position of having watched our neighbors receive Long Life Windows. So for me it was easy to pay a visit and see for myself, the quality of the installation and windows. Even though these windows cost more than their competitors to us the product value was worth the added expense. The final and most important selling point was that they have a Life Time Warranty that is transferred when you sell your house. Our experience with the Installation crew was second to none. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the final look of our installation. The whole experience was top notch!

    New Windows & Doors

    A number of years ago, we hired Long Life Windows & Doors Ltd. to install new windows and exterior doors on our 1950's bungalow. At the time, we decided to use this company because they were a local company who (in our opinion) used superior installation methods. When they did the work on our home, we were struck by their commitment to quality workmanship. Recently, we contacted them to have another window installed in our basement. Again, our experience with this company was outstanding. They, again, went the ‘extra mile’ for us. This company is one that I would have no hesitation in highly recommending.

    Window Replacement

    All 15 windows and a sliding door were recently replaced in my home, making an amazing impact on the energy efficiency as well as it’s appearance. After receiving several quotes I chose Long Life because of their superior product, lifetime warranty, and Peter’s knowledge. He was extremely helpful with an excellent presention of their products and suggestions as to what best suited my house. The informative website provided additional information to ponder, and when my neighbour praised her Longlife windows I was convinced this was a decision I wouldn’t regret. They were pleasant to deal with from start to finish regarding their excellent service, follow-up, and obvious commitment to building customer relationships. Josh and his crew were a joy to spend the day with, going above and beyond on the efficient installation. The high quality of workmanship is obvious inside and out. Everything went exactly as promised, including their clean-up. I’m thrilled the windows can be tilted inwards for cleaning and have security features such as strong locks and lower floor laminating. I’m still getting accustomed to the lack of drafts and outdoor noise. Even the sliding door is whisper quiet. I recommend Longlife!

    New Windows & Doors

    I was mentally preparing for a mess and lots of clean up work after the installation because the work was going to take place on every level of the house. I was more than pleasantly surprised when there was nothing for me to do. Your installers were friendly, hard workers and extremely professional. I will certainly tell everyone I know about your company. Having the windows MADE IN CANADA was the deciding factor in our decision to contract you. Thank you for the beautiful windows and the temperature difference in the house. We are looking forward to lower heating bills.

    Replaced all windows and front door

    Long Life Windows were very professional and efficient. We chose this company based on the reviews on Homestars and were very happy we did. The team (Kris and Bernard) did an excellent job from start to finish, we really couldn't have asked for more. The windows look great and have definitely added to the look and warmth of the house.

    We replace all the indows in our home

    We are very pleased with our windows and the service we recieved. Peter was great in guiding us through the options and helping us determine the best choice for our home. Bernard and his team did a fabulous job with installation. Bernard worked above and beyond to create our round window design that gets many compliments. We can stand in front of our windows in the heat of summer and not be overwhelmed with the heat. We note that our heating bill has gone down, and tha is only in 1/2 year so far. Thanks to everyone at Long Life. We love our windows, and the look with the attached moulding is outstanding.

    Windows and Front door

    Incredible quality and customer service. From our sales person (Blaine) to our install crew (Bernard) we were extremely impressed with the customer service and even more importantly, the quality to which this company operates. 4 people (including Bernard) were on the crew and all of them were very focused on doing an exceptional job. They arrived on time, did a thorough clean up each day, were extremely polite, took care when moving things, double checked their work and made me feel like they were working on their own home. Blaine ensured that he came by on day 1 to check on the progress and ensure my satisfaction. He also followed up on day 2 and is planning to come by next week to ensure my continued satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend this company to my friends and family. I am very glad that we chose quality over the lowest price.

    New Windows and Door Installation

    We had our windows changed in Ocober 2011 and we are very stisfied of the outcome. We selected the Long Life Windows after carefully searching and taking quotes from over 5 Window Installation companies. They're not the cheapest but the service is guaranteed, and the quality is great. Peter is very professional in selling us the windows and doors. Bernard and his crew were very efficient and did a great job in installing the new windows. they made sure they cleaned up after they were done. They were very respectful and friendly. They are all very professional. The house is definitely warmer now. We have a big window in our room and I used to use portable heater in addition to the centralized heater we have. Now we don't use extra heaters anymore. I used to hear every conversation on the street, now I sleep like a baby. I would recommend Long Life winddows to anyone without hesitation.
