We were extremely impressed with the professionalism, execution and dedication to service excellence that all members of the Long Life team showed during our experience with them this summer in replacing 6 windows and a large sliding door. From the time that Kris visited us to provide a quote, the budget and timeline never waivered, the installation was done properly, and the follow up shortly thereafter was timely and courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.

We have done business with Long Life Windows two times now. Separate types of projects but both times they have been exemplary with their commitment to service and quality. The first time was to replace some very old sliding doors. They had the job finished in under half a day (on Bowen is was incredible) and this included the clean up and ensuring the sealing etc was to high standard. The doors (2 years later now) still feel like brand new ones and made a huge difference in the heat retention. Plus they turned up on the day they said they could which is a challenge with Bowen Island based contractors. The second project was this summer and they fitted in some custom windows to a coach house downtown Vancouver. The project again ran smoothly and Kris came out to inspect the final result - again showing their dedication to customer service. I highly recommend their work and would use them again.

We were very satisfied with the replacement of 18 windows and 3 doors by Long Life Windows & Doors. From the beginning sales service from Kris, to the installation by Bernard and his crew, everything went very smoothly and exactly how we envisioned. They were very flexible with working around our difficult timeline of trying to time our whole home renovation. They took extra time dealing with a surprise rotten window opening, giving us the piece of mind that we wouldn't have the same problem in the future. We chose the crank style windows and are really happy with how they operate and how they have improved the street appeal of our old home. We had some difficult door rough openings that Bernard went the extra mile to get installed perfectly, including having to grind down the cement to make what we wanted fit. We are so glad we chose Long Life after going through 4 different companies to quote on the job, we would reccomend them to any family/friends that are looking to replace windows or doors.

I had 11 windows and a front door entry system installed and all i can say is TRUE CRAFTSMANSHIP!!! The people are friendly and down to earth. The service is excellent and the installers are true proffesionals. I highly recommend this company to anyone and i will deal with them for future projects.

We had exemplary service from Long Life - they were efficient, professional, on time and went out of their way to do extras. We had the same Vinyl windows installed in other parts of our house 15 years earlier, but we had dealt directly with the manufacturer. There were a few things that needed small adjustments and Long Life made sure they were done. I would highly recommend them.

We had Long Life replace most of our windows several years ago so when we needed to replace our side door we called them, already knowing they did great work at a fair price and they also have great products. The door we most recently had replaced had a rotten sill which we didn't know the extent of it until the door was taken out. They spent a lot of extra time repairing this,they were more than fair with the cost of this project and the workmanship was excellent.

My wife and I are very happy with the product supplied by Long Life Windows & Doors. All our windows and a patio door were replaced and they are attractive and keep the house warmer and quieter. Preston and his crew are skilled installers and everything was completed to our satisfaction. Blaine, the sales contact, was considerate and attentive and made sure he arrived promptly for the final inspection. Long Life took care of the govt. grant application process and they didn't expect any payment until we were completely satisfied. Long Life was not the least expensive quote we obtained for our window replacement order but their product and service were worth the extra cost. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

It was a pleasure working with Kris when planning and choosing our windows. He was very informative and easy to talk to, without being pushy or giving us the hard sell. From start to finish everything went very smoothly. We are thrilled with the results, and we'd like to thank Kris, Josh and the whole team for their professional, friendly and courteous service, and of course for doing an outstanding job installing our windows.
