    Stepper homes

    We just moved in to our stepper home in legacy . The experience was for the most part very good . Customer service is wonderful through out the build . We were disappointed in the way our home was handed over to us . The cleaning of the home was very poor , and most of the flaws we pointed out in our last walk through we're not fixed so now my home is covered in green tape . For myself it took away a bit of the excitement ! At times left feeling frustrated . We now are having trouble with our subfloors making noise . But again customer service is great so hopefully they will take care of it for us .

    New build

    Terrible overall experience. I wouldn't pay stepper homes to build me a pop up tent cause they would Build it in 10 seconds and then make excuses as to why nothing works properly. Very Poor customer service after possession. There are some great individuals in stepper but they are overshadowed by others who are dishonest in their dealings. Would highly recommend trying any other builder but stepper.

    Home Build

    Having our home built opened our eyes to how difficult it can be to have everything done right. Although no home builder is perfect, in our opinion, Stepper stands out of the crowd with their commitment to make even the smallest of customer concerns right. The experience was enjoyable and the finished product was just like the show home. They are a company who have processes and people in place that makes for a job well done and very much worth the money spent.

    Home Purchase

    I purchased a property from Stepper Custom Homes last year. I think the value has increased since .This is my 4 or 5 th time I have purchased from Builders vs. buying a used property. Stepper is definitely one of the better quality builders and having more unique designs. I am almost at the end of my 1 year cosmetic maintenance. I have to say the after service has been great. We had a few minor issues and Stepper representatives are friendly, cooperative and set up the contractors for service quite quickly. I would definitely purchase another property from them in the future.

    built with stepper

    built my house in the ne.after the 5 year warranty ran out the base ment started leaking.when we had it fixed the first time the contracter noticed their was a board that shoudent be their.we pulled it off and saw that part of the concrete cribbing had been knocked out and replaced with what looks like mortor.also you could see a crack through to the outside.stepper will not return my phone calls.

    Home building

    Just built a new home with Stepper, quite simply would recommend to anyone. Were fantastic to deal with, knowedgable, and very proffesional. WOuld build again and reccoment to anyone who is interested.

    HOMES BUILDER

    WE BUILT OUR HOME WITH STEPPER IN 2009 AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH ALL OF OUR DEALINGS WITH STEPPER HOMES AND THEIR CONTRACTORS. THEY ALWAYS ACTED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND YOU CAN TELL THAT THEY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.

    Built new house in Chestemere

    They built our new house and the quality was great with a couple of small issues. There were some problems later on that they did not deal with very well. A good builder but need to improve customer service.

    Built our new house

    We bought our new house from from someone who had hired Stepper to build it and then sell. He was a Stepper salesman and worked close to our house. We have had a few minor problems but overall everything has been great. I hear horror stories about Stepper so I would be hesitant to recommend them to others but we liked them. Some other builders in the neighborhood were not so luckly with other builders though.

    Built our new house

    the built our new house in S Calgary and have had no issues. They came back for the 1 year inspection and found things we did not notice. I would use them again.
