New build
Stepper was easy to deal with and we enjoyed the building process. The house was built on time and delivered as expected. We were able to solve most of our difficulties along the way.

New Home Construction
Completely frustrated and disappointed with the entire building process. Nothing but mistakes and delays. Excuses for everything. Get used to hearing, "We've never seen this before." I don't think these guys could build a dog house without screwing something up.
