    Water Heater Install

    I recently had Limcan into our home to remove our old electric water heater and convert it to propane. Not an easy job in our older home with a crawl space. The two technicians, Luke and Jamieson went above and beyond. Encountering many additional problems during the install since our home is over 100 yrs of age. They covered our floors in red mats. Took extra care of the doors and worked incredibly hard. Thanks to Limcan and the team for the new tank! We can now shower in HOT water again! Cheers.

    new furnace, air conditioning and air purification system

    Limcan Certified Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job installing my new gas furnace, air conditioning unit, new gas piping and Pureaire air purification system. Also they arranged for my oil furnace and oil tank to be removed before installing my gas furnace. All the installers and Joseph, The Home Comfort Advisor, were all friendly and professional. The oil furnace and oil tank removal and new gas furnace, ac unit and air purification system were installed on the same day. I would recommend Limcan Certified Heating and Air Conditioning, Whitby location for all your home heating and ac needs.

    Furnace Cleaning

    Limcan installed our furnace & air conditioner and we have always used them to do our yearly cleaning. The reps are very professional, great at explaining what they are doing and never leave a mess. Will definitely continue to use them.

    Annual service of furnace and air conditioning

    Ted from Limcan arrived very promptly and immediately set to work. He was very pleasant and professional. Once done, he reviewed his findings and explained the small differential to me. He also changed out my furnace filter and took the old one with him. A great experience, I continue to be very pleased to have chosen this company for my heating and cooling needs.

    Furnace and A/C Replacement

    During one of the coldest days we've had, my Father woke up to a cold house on a sunday morning, the furnace wasn't working. My Brother contacted Limcan and they sent someone over immediately. The furnace needed replacing (15 +/-yrs old) and made the appropriate recommendation and reviewed the A/C at the same time. It was about 30yrs old - it was agreed to replace both. The men came the following morning early and completed the replacement of the furnace, piping, A/C etc. in a timely manner. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. The removal of the furnace was quick and the workers left the house clean and tidy. As the thermostat was digital, my Father was shown how to work it and immediately forgot the following day - so they returned and set it up for him again. He was very happy and relieved - he had peace of mind again. The service was fantastic - above and beyond!! Highly recommend Limcan for all HVAC requirements.

    Gas Water Heater Maintenance

    Contacted Limcan to inspect our gas water heater which is fourteen years old. It was working reasonably well since we just moved in, but had not been inspected for several years. The technician, Laughlin, was on time, courteous and very thorough. He reported that the tank was severely corroded and at the very least, the heat sensor mechanism would have to be replaced at a cost of about $400. He also suggested we might want to consider a new tank and explainied the cost ($2400), credit options and guarantees. (10 years on parts and labour). He was definitely NOT high pressure in any way but simply laid out the options. Pending our decision, there was no charge for the inspection. Rick and Deborah

    Furnace, AC, and Water Heater install

    I highly recommend Limcan. They were referred by a family member when I was looking to replace my furnace and AC. From meeting with Kathy who answered all my questions and options, to the install process it could not have gone more smoothly. Aldo and Andre did the furnace and AC install. They were very respectful of my home. Aldo even took the time to find the source of some rattling in my duct work that has been annoying me for some time and fixed it. Now everything is whisper quiet. Thank you Aldo! Gary and Mike did the water heater replacement and again so happy with the install. This kind of work can be disruptive but they made the process very stress free with their professionalism. Thank you Limcan team!

    Furnace maintenance

    Tevin was very knowledgeable & thorough, taking time to show us how to adjust the humidifier for maximum benefit. Everyone that we’ve dealt with at Limcan has been great & we’ll keep using them for years to come. Thank you!

    Furnace check

    Pleasant gentleman and very nolagable about heating and air conditing. Arrived at 12.50 PM and was here at least 45 minutes doing the furnace check And explaining duct cleaning and your coverage plan

    I have been using this company for more than 10 years and I am very satisfied with the service and their representatives. When they attend your home the individual is courteous and professional, no need to follow them around.
