We purchased my father-in-law’s house last year and inherited Limcan as the maintenance service provider. What a bonus! Jake came out and serviced our badly wounded AC unit. He pointed out that, while it would probably make it through that season, he didn’t think it would last much past that. Unfortunately, he was spot-on. It died before it even had a chance to prove itself this year. Jake took the time to explain the problems (why limit yourself to one issue?) and our options going forward. He didn’t push any particular solution and was very frank about what he would recommend for us both financially and from an operational perspective. In the end, we ended up going for a complete new system. Although we knew that’s was in the cards, we hadn’t planned on it this soon. Jake was also able to arrange that the system would be installed there next day. Blake and Chris were there installers. We had them out for another job and did an excellent job at that times Once again they didn’t disappoint. They were as professional and courteous as they were they first time. The install was spotless, the worksite was left neat and clean, and, everything worked as advertised. Excellent work by all and I would definitely recommend Limcan for any heating or cooling projects.

Twintech were very fast to provide a quote and book a service date. They observed all covid protocols and did a very clean job removing the old unit and installing the new one. The only small negative was that they had to drill a new exhaust vent and instead of moving a shelving unit, or asking me to do so, they drilled the hole leaving the drilling mess on the shelving unit. Overall very happy with the install and price, good honest work!

Dana was here today to service my A/C unit. He was very prompt and polite. He was respectful to me and my home as he wore a mask (coverd19) and little blue booties. When he is sent to service anyone else's A/C or furnace he would have the same review.
