We have been having ongoing problems with our furnace since moving into our home 7 years ago...After using the services of a other company several times , the problem continued to persist. I called Limcan Walker in Whitby and I am so impressed with the knowledge and workmanship ...thank you Nate...you were great!

Nate came to the house on time. She recalled me as a repeat customer. She was polite and clean I. E. She made sure she did not track in mud. She also made sure my cat did not get outdoors. She explained the service call to me and answered any questions I had. Her level of excellence is constant over all the times she has been here.

We have our furnace cleaned every year. Last year and this we had it serviced by Natalie! She is amazing. Very friendly! Personable, and explained everything to me. An asset to your organization!

The tec Dana was very respectful of our time and home ,phone with expected time of arrival and was on time ,he put on shoe covers ,was please to see as we had just had new floors installed .After checking our heating equipment he advised us of all our options to maintain our heating equipment and to avoid any unnecessary repairs .Was charged a fair market price . Had no problem booking the appt with the office ,was given choice of appt by Elain so could pick what best worked for us ,Thank you Guys for a pleasant and informative service . We decided to take a service contract that would cover maintenance and service .

Our furnace, upon inspection by the previous vendor and maintenance contractor, was deemed to be unsafe and was shut down. This was December 29 - winter. That vendor provided a quote for replacement, so we decided to get a second quote to compare. Although the price difference between the two was minor, the additional perks (provided by Costco) and straightforwardness of Limcan-Walkers sales team, we went with them. Their installers were there within 2 days (would have been there faster but our schedule didn't allow), and took only most of 1 day to install. The installers were very clean, professional, and friendly. They took the time to explain the new operation of the equipment, how the filters could easily be changed, and how to properly set the thermostat and humidifier for varying weather conditions. Since the installation, we hav had no problems whatsoever, and the more efficient furnace saves us money in a lower thermostat setting for the same warmth, and lower hydro bills because of the more efficient fan. I would recommend Limcan-Walker to anyone who needs a replacement furnace and/or air conditioning.

Nate was very knowledgeable and spent the extra time to review all the service she had provided for our routine yearly maintenance on our furnace. She did an excellent job!

We were very satisfied with the service we received. Dave was friendly, knowledgable and went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied. He discussed our options, gave us the pros and cons of each furnace, made some recommendations and the next day we had the installers in.
