Water was leaking down into the furnace, and Kyle H discovered it when he came to do the yearly maintenance. He came back today and took everything apart and found the problem,which he is fixing now. He is a very friendly and polite young man. We are happy with the quick service we have received in having the repairs done.

Our technician, Natalie arrived with a pleasant introduction and a smile. She explained what she was doing and got right to work. At the end, she explained what she did and any assessments of the equipment she made. she was professional, tidy(even turned off the lights in the basement when she was done)and clearly enjoyed her work. She made sure to sign us up for next year's maintenance and gave us the "friends and neighbors offer".

Limcan technicians are always on time; courteous; efficient and provide full explanation of the service provided including a review of my invoice and service contract. Today's technician was Nate (#68) who was so professional and efficient. This is always my experience with Limcan's technicians.

Our furnace was not working - the fan would run but there was no hot air. We called Limcan Walker and they said the would have someone out that day to service the furnace. They explained the pricing up front and said I should receive a call when the technician was on his way. A couple hours later I got a call from Mike T. and he was at the house shortly after that. He was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly (pressure switch port blocked). He cleaned it out, tested the unit and gave some advice for maintenance and future replacement options. I was only charged for the service visit. Great service!
