I Needed a new Furnace. Dave B., the salesman was professional, knowledgeable and most helpful in my choosing a new unit. In addition, he came back near the end of the installation to check to see how things were progressing. Very personable. The installers Blake A, Chis D were and are just the best in every respect. I have had this team previously and was so happy with their work that i requested them on this occasion. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were/are professional in every respect. They answered all my questions and left the work site just spotless. Your company is most fortunate to have such high quality personnel. David Bissonnette was a professional and very fast at getting the job correct, a pleasure to have a person doing a job with old school morals. The two guy's that put in furnace and removed old where outstanding, at the end wasn't even like they were there except for the new unit. Over and above what was expected and the only thing I have is a thanks for the service.

Excellent work and very clean workmanship. The technicians were prompt for there appt. and very informative the operation of the furnace.

Technician Mike arrived as scheduled, performed the work expeditiously, and took out the old filter. Mike is a very mannerly and knowledgable person that we trust to service our heating and air conditioning system.

Professionally done. Salesman was courteous, work was arranged promptly. Installers were great about answering questions, did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves.

Nate arrived on time, very thorough and pleasant. Everything was cleaned up. Very professional, explained what had been done, how to properly clean the firplace glass. Would definately use this company again.
