Furnace cleaning Nate was very thorough, did a terrific job, we were impressed with her knowledge.

The technician named Steve K. did a very good job with fixing the furnace and replacing the filters. All the work was done to our satisfaction and the thermostat was checked. Thank you very much Steve.

The service person was very knowledgeable, personable and competent. He took his time to explain things and do his job. I appreciated his honesty and loyalty to his employer. I would recommend Lim Can to anyone needing a good company to service their furnace and or air conditioner.

We had a unique situation where our new a/c installed did not cool the house to our satisfaction. Tests, consultations and even including the Lennox team, it was apparently the correct size but for some reason did not cool for our liking. Limcam Walker/ CHSE never once let us think it was our problem. They stepped up until the situation was solved. We are thankful that we did business with a company that fully stands behind their products and workmanship. The staff both here at the house and in their office are caring, professional, courteous and a shear pleasure to do business with. Thank you once again to all those that helped rectify our unique situation. Hats off to you!!!!

I booked the appointment four weeks ahead and, of course, it was raining on the service day so I didn't expect the tech to come. I received a call from the tech who was in Pickering where the rain had stopped and he was on his way. When he arrived, he called me from the driveway to say it was raining but he was going to wait 20 minutes to see if would stop. As luck would have it, it did stop and Stavre performed the required service. He was very friendly and polite and showed great patience when he had to uncoil the hose, tape a leak and use his finger to create a spray because the head had been cut off. Can't say enough about his efforts. I've been using the company for about 30 years when it was Certified Heating and A/C and have never been disappointed. Stavre went above and beyond and his rating was five stars. If I could give 4-1/2 stars for the company, I would have done so.

Michael has been servicing our AC and Furnace for a few years. He does an excellent job and we are happy with his service, as well he provides information on where to buy reasonably priced furnace filters.

Purchased a new furnace and a/c in July 2016. The Sales rep - Dave Bisonette (?) was great. The two young guys that came to do the installation were fantastic! Everything was clean and tidy before they left.

They come in twice a year, they are very efficient and the service people are very easy to deal with.
